Subway in Arlington

“Came in a few before my shift at work and it was pretty packed, with three of us to one employee. He was extremely fast and efficient. It took less than 5 for us to start ordering, and even less for it to be made. He was great in making sure everyone was well taken care of. First time was great.“

“Ordered online, had to wait in store another at least 30 minutes for order to get fixed. Couldn't get what I ordered on one of the sandwiches had to substitute. Had to wait at least 8 minutes for the bread to be ready, Flatbread was frozen and had to be thawed. Could not have steak, it had just come off the truck and was frozen. Completely dissatisfied. Will never go to that location again. I took my entire hour lunch period have to wait to get my order that had been ordered and paid in advance. Would give no stars if that had been an option.“

“I was greeted when I walked in, the gentleman that helped me was very nice and they greeted me on my way out! I see why this location was the only one within a certain mile radius with a 4 star rating. I will be back to patron at this location!“

“When I went in subway the two young men were slightly busy. They were very professional, kind and work really fast!!! It’s not common now days so I was really impressed. The food was fresh and the place was clean. I will be back to this location.“

“Good place to eat But the owner made a big mistake in not offering the Honey Oak Bt was as a choice. I'm sure it was due to cost because a lot of customers have been asking for it and it has made me go elsewhere! When they offer it again I will go back. Until then not....“

“Heather and her fellow associate that worked tonight provided grade a customer service. Prompt, courteous, and paid great attention to detail. Its the only subway that I patronize in the area. Dont waste your time with any of the others drive a few extra minutes and have an experience and not just a food transaction, it will be worth it I promise. Day or night shift☺️“

“I had submitted an online order with an estimated time of 12:10pm. I was not told prior to pick up that they didn’t have the chicken teriyaki until I had already been waiting for a good 20minutes for my coworkers sandwiches too. However, she was really nice about it and made me a substitution sandwich! I’ll give her the four stars for her effort in making the situation better for me. Great customer service!“

“This is the first time I've visited this subway location and it's performance is what I expect. I was not disappointed this one time and this review is for the subway location in side of Walmart in Arlington tx on high way 287 and little road.“

“Good place to grab a quick bite to eat on your way out of Walmart. Plenty of seating for an average crowd. The cash register wasn't working properly when I went, but the staff was pretty cool about it. They even offered to let me stay and eat, then pay when it was finished with it's update. Clean lobby too.“

“Cj was offering great customer service. He went the extra mile to heat up our chicken so we wouldn’t be eating cold food! While we were there there was an upset costumer which he handled very respectfully and also went the extra mile while serving him and tried to make his evening better. “I go to this subway because its the fastest closest subway near me, although its not the best. The drive thru though is a waste of time and takes longer than just going in person. The service inside is good, they always get my order right and the station looks decently clean for the most part. The other side with the pizzeria is always abandoned, i wouldn't recommend coming for the DeLucas pizza mainly just for subway. At night the workers close up early and don't care though but during the day they do a good job of attending you.“

“Being that this is a Subway, you should know what to expect. Thankfully, this location is an above average one thanks to the service.The sandwiches are pretty generically good. You'll get all the usual from veggie, too spicy Italian, to clubs, and meatball subs. What you don't get at other locations is the friendly staff. I was greeted, thanked, and even chatted with while my food was being prepared. The worker even noted that he keeps the food sealed until customers arrive to prevent contamination or the occasional stray bug. That detail oriented thinking sets this location above others. “As you all know, mostly the turnover in these sandwiche shops are mostly part time college kids and people earning extra income as a second job. I like this location because it's close. I use and online app to pre order and so far it's been the right ingredients although i can say the last 2 orders have been real lite on the ?meat! All in all 4 stars“

“The only reason I like going here is because an employee named Siri always treats me right. She knows her stuff, she is fast and always puts in work with a smile. Even if people come in 3min before closing she always takes care of everyone. She is my main reason for liking this location because other employees a year or 2 ago couldn’t even remember to turn off the open sign wayyyy past closing. I’d drive by at 11am and see the open sign on with nobody in there: Siri is the best!“

“Unique Subway. Stayed at a nearby Hotel for a training. Found this gem by accident. There was no one in the business, as a matter of fact I had to knock on the counter to get a sandwich artist to come help me. The food was fresh and the young lady was quick, polite, and attentive.“
