“I came on a Thursday night and had a very interesting night (in a positive way).My date and I came just for the arcade aspect, and since the site isn't the most informative, Main Event's arcade works like Dave & Buster's where you get a card that you load up and it's always never enough for the money you decide to spend. Which would be okay if there was as many options as a Dave & Buster's or Cidercade, but there is still enough to enjoy an hour or two. Even better that it is not at all busy after 8pm on a Thursday.The man at the front with the kiosks was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. And the man working the prize area was equally incredible to us. Give them a raise! ?️ Also to note, D&B's is good about having prize options for adults to enjoy but Main Event had very few and is generally geared towards just kids.The actual interesting part of the night was when I was locked out of my car for the first time. Apparently Geico will not service you at midnight (or I got unlucky) and suggested to call the police. Well, I didn't have to call because another lady was locked out too and apparently called them.This was legitimately the nicest police officer to ever exist and had a buddy with a tow truck pull up for free to open our doors. Shout out to this cop whose name I should have gotten! Not to mention, he is buddies to who I assume was the closing manager, who came out to see make sure everything was okay.Even before this cop pulled up, a group of guests who had came out of Main Event tried to help/give advice on what I should do. It's clear that everyone associated with this place is only good vibes and the entire time - as a short girl in the middle of the night - I felt very safe. “My kids and I stopped by for lunch a few days ago. The Fridays closer to our house closed and we wanted the whiskey glazed sampler. Our server Jake was polite and attentive and was even cracking a few jokes with my boys in between checking on us and taking our order. If they didn't have peanuts and a large outdoor waiting area, we would have left. The server on that visit had no idea that they had oil and vinegar for a light salad dressing. My prime rib was not rare like I ordered and kind of tough and chewy. We went back a second time a week later because my daughter wanted to try the peanuts for her birthday. It was a weekday, so no wait. The food was actually perfect this time around. My wife ordered the filet medallions rare, and they came out perfect. This time, the server didn't know what beers were included in the happy and never bothered checking, so we never bothered ordering any drinks. For the most part, I was happy with the quality of the food and the value for what we paid. The filet medallions were very tender and had a great flavor. I'll definitely go back, maybe not on a weekend.“

Decided to try something new and ordered the white shark broiled platter and it was a 10/10, so flavorful and their rice is amazing as well. Service can be just a tad slower at times but the food makes up for it. Very chill ambience and great place for a casual get together or a family meal.
