“I went for curbside and did not have to wait long at all. The to - go specialist was fast and careful with the food. I even dropped my headphones without noticing when paying and she gave them to me. Her name was Farrah and definitely deserves a raise.“
“Wow, this place continues to impress on every visit. From the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out. Great service, high quality/fresh products, and always consistent. Everything on the menus is outstanding and offers a great variety to try new selections. Very fairly provided priced, while offering great weekly/happy hour specials. This is our go to in the kingwood/humble/atascocita area.“
“Had yet another great dinner at Pappasito’s, but this time was WAY different.Let me start by saying that anyone that has waited a table before understands how hard it is to carry/balance those trays with multiples drinks, food plates, etc. There was a small hiccup with some spilled water, which we didn’t mind at all! It HAPPENS! We were so appreciative of the staff rushing over to assist with the clean up.The manager, waiters, everyone was so accommodating for the small mistake (small in our eyes), of spilled water. They took care of us and even gave our son - who the water got on a little bit - a gift card. What a kind & respectful thing to do.Wishing the waiter we had good luck in his training! I have been in your shoes. We had planned to pay with a card, and didn’t have cash. Otherwise we would have left a tip!Thank you ALL! We will be back!Kid-friendliness: Has highchair readily available!“
“I recently dined at Gringo at Valley Ranch, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The restaurant boasts a charming Tex-Mex theme, creating an authentic atmosphere that's both inviting and comfortable. The staff at Gringo were efficient, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations. Their warm hospitality added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance was clean, inviting, and had a distinctly authentic feel. It's evident that attention is paid to maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. Gringo's convenient location makes it easily accessible, and ample parking is available, making it hassle-free to visit. My experience at Gringo was nothing short of excellent. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere make it a standout dining destination. Plus, the fact that it comfortably fits within a budget of $60 for two makes it even more appealing ( one beer and one chardonnay in)If you're in the mood for Tex-Mex with a modern twist, Gringo at Valley Ranch is a must-visit. I highly recommend it!Parking: New Caney21576 US Hwy 59New Caney, Texas 77357“
“The parking is a dream. You do not have to squander time searching for a parking spot. Directly in front, the restaurant has its own spacious parking lot . As I was guided to my table, I also took note of the cleanliness of the floors and the tables, all squeaky clean. The personable and courteous owner, himself, escorted my friend and me to our table and provided us with fresh chips, not too salty and our chilled beverages. My delicious, piping hot Fajita with grilled, palatable chicken on a bed of savory onions was served still sizzling in its pan. The rice, beans, and Pico de Gallo were not only attractively displayed, but also appetizing. Even the environs, were tailored to the Mexican cuisine. A+Parking: Accessible and EasyKid-friendliness: Caters to all age groups“
“I compare every other taco spot to Los Reyes. They have the best tacos I've ever had. I always order Fajita and Pastor with all the toppings and then add the Salsa Verde and lime. Literally the best. I've been going to the Los Reyes locations since I was a child, and now I'm bringing my own children. Easily over 25yrs. All the locations have been really good, and this one is no different.I remember coming here when they first opened. I lived in Channelview and my family was stoked to finally have one so close! You had to order at the window and the had two picnic tables on a porch outside. Food is just as good now as it was then. There was a period a couple years ago where they were skimpy on the meat in the tacos, but the last couple of times was a step back to what I remember them being like.I will continue to go here no matter where I live in Houston. My family only eats here once every couple of months, but it's genuinely always great. They close at 5pm for some reason, and seating is not the best, but you'll be happy that you went regardless. And don't ever suggest a spot to me if the taco place you're recommending serves basic onion/cilantro tacos. Those all taste the same! I have tried EVERY single spot on Sheldon, and none of them are close to the quality and size of Los Reyes.“
“We had the beef fajitas, and they were really good. The thing that stole the show was the 'Real Mexican Guacamole'.That was awesome. I enjoyed it more than anything else. It had big chunks of avocado loosely mixed with the tomato and onions. I believe there was cilantro but it wasn't overpowering. The servers are always right there if you need anything. It was a very pleasant experience.“
“The food is excellent. My husband and I enjoyed it. The only thing I was a little uncomfortable because one employee kept staring at me in a judgemental way but other then that the waitress and waiter were nice that we had and the food was delicious.“
“This restaurant has a wonderful staff! They also have the absolute BEST tamales I’ve ever had! They are humongous, fresh made upon request (they will make them for you with at least 2 hour notice) and they are not dry at all. They are stuffed with filling and not just a bunch of masa. Also have amazing authentic Mexican food! My family is obsessed.“
“The food is amazing! We got to try 3 different kinds of salsa and all of them were unique and delicious. The food itself is well seasoned and cooked to perfection and the service is out of this world. They really work hard to make sure you're comfortable, happy, and taken care of. This is probably one of my new favorite spots.“
“1st time here and I must say the food is delicious, the service was great. Very nice staff and made us feel very welcomed. Most definitely will be taking the drive down here again to visit. My new favorite Mexican restaurant. Thank you Hectors staff especially our server the little older gentlemen.“
“Queso came out cold but they reheated it. Ordered the the Texas burrito which was supposed to come with charro beans but came with refried. Waitress brought charro and they were excellent. Texas burrito plate came out cold and greasy. Could not eat. They did remove from ticket. Kudos to the staff. And if you like it spicy, order the habanero salsa.“
