The area is extremely congested, but there's always great products. I wish the line wasn't so long being that people were waiting from the back of the store. I think the employees are flustered because it's always busy. I wish there was better organization.
Today, 9/22/23, was the first time I've had a negative experience at this Costco. I got into the "self checkout" lane that is actually staffed. This is a great convenience. Today the person directing customers to a lane to check out obviously spoke little to no English. He kept on saying to me, "eight, eight." I finally figured out he meant for me to go to lane "A." This Costco location has more plants (tree saplings) than the South Austin store. It also stocks more Indian food varieties including organic dal (lentils) and sona masoori rice, usually by Khazana brand. Checkout lines are long, especially during the weekend.
