Stumbled upon this gem on South 1st and was able to try a variety of fresh samples. As a plant based eater, I was blown away at the creativity given to the menu. The Campfire Chili is hands down the best chili I’ve tasted. The owner Aaron was very welcoming and educated me on Scarlett Runner Beans as well as the health benefits of the recipes. This will be an Austin staple for our family!

Aaron (the owner) was super nice and hospital. His food was fresh and very healthy. I loved the different heirloom beans he used — I never tasted beans that good — which sounds funny to say but is true.It was really nice to get a super healthy and clean but still flavorful meal after a while! We will definitely be back.
