So yesterday marcelinos messed up my order, no problem they’ve messed up before not a big deal, I never call. This time I was not home. I placed an order and had my son pick up for him and his siblings. The order was messed up, No big deal. I’m not a hot head (8 tacos, potato and egg. was supposed to have bacon) We’re good and grateful people, but unfortunately their potatoes and egg alone just wouldn’t hit the spot. That’s not what we paid for. I call, talk to the owners daughter let her know. They are replacing my order tomorrow. NOT! I call to place my replaced order and bam! The owner states they can only replace 3 because that’s what her daughter wrote down. I just talk to your daughter, said hi I called yesterday about my order y’all were going to remake. She clearly just told me yes and we clarified the order. I’m confused did she say I was trying to add tacos? I’m sure I was very friendly and honest. I didn’t know I was being portrayed as a liar because you heard wrong. She tells me “I was next to her when she wrote it down.” Are you kidding me...?(they mess up again)I try communicating with her, she was not hearing me, she was so rude and disrespectful, like wow! I even offered to let’s meet in the middle. I’ll pay half of the ticket on the remake order and she was like “no” I can’t afford their already highly priced tacos 2 days in a row and on top of that my kids really didn’t eat. Never did she say I had to bring the tacos back or I would have, now the next day she’s asking for yesterdays tacos back. What! If you were next to your daughter you should have reminded her to advise me. I’ve been coming here forever, you know me, and my family, Im trying to scam over tacos??? The way I was treated was so unfair! I asked to speak to the kitchen manager and she was like I’m the owner so you can talk to whoever you want. She wanted me two bring yesterdays tacos back in order to replace my order. Why didn’t they mention that yesterday. I would have taken the tacos back right then and there. I can’t believe this place. I, my family members, and friends support this place on a daily... My son already left to go get the remake order and I told her that. She said “well when he gets here I’ll give him the 3 tacos.” He has no money on him and only half my family will eat. So I call him to turn around and come get me. The owner was so disrespectful and her greed really shocked me. I would never have seen something like this being such a big deal. Especially when they see me so often and I pay that 40 plus $dollar bill for 10 tacos! I was so offended. When we get there she gives my son an ear full. He didn’t mention it until we got home. But when we received the bag I immediately noticed hot sauce all over the tacos. I instantly knew it was done on purpose. I told my son if there is a lid, it may have been an accident. So right away my son checked. His mother was right, no lid! How petty. We couldn’t even eat comfortable at the thought that they could have done something to the tacos. Never again will I support these people! They do not care. Who asks for yesterday’s tacos back? And without informing I would need to do so... What a joke! And to think when my family from Mexico comes in town we spend over $200 bucks at our “friendly”, local, community taco spot. And they act like that! I’m hurt...

Been going here since I was little. They are very sweet . They also LOAD there tacos . 5 star HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
