I had a nice conversation with the owner/chef, who contacted me and clearly cares a great deal about his product and is interested in understanding criticism. Really if I could have given 3.5 stars I would have so I'm rounding up to 4 for his proactiveness in understand my concerns. The brisket burger is pretty good but I still think it needs some changes to make it great. Anyway props to Mo for reaching out!
Great eating option. Their classic burger and poutine are definitely a must-try.The service is very friendly and courteous but tends to struggle to keep pace when there are too many customers in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend giving it a try

Pretty expensive but normal for central Austin. The food was big and filling. Unfortunately the fluorescent lights and strange bright orange interior without art on the walls felt strange and uncomfortable.
