So far my favorite Chinese spot in Austin. Perfectly balanced dishes in a great atmosphere with reasonable prices and great service.I always get the Kung Pao chicken on my first visit to a Chinese place because it’s a great staple to compare. Theirs knocks it out of the park with great veggies and sauce and perfectly cooked chicken.We also had great service and a great cucumber salad that balanced out the heat of the meal so well. My husband and I’s go-to Asian spot. It’s a tad bit pricey, and take-out quality can be inconsistent depending on the day of the week, but man is their veggie fried rice and mala fried chicken unbeatable. So good!

The food is very good. The prices used to feel high now they just seem normal for East Austin. I like the salt pepper chicken most. Brisket fried rice was a miss for me. Xiao Mian is my wife’s nickname so no hate for that dish.
