I am so embarrassed to admit that I never pay attention to the name tags of employees. However, I have to give a shoutout to the young person with all the facial piercings. They are so incredibly sweet. Everyone who works there is so kind, and the food is always fresh. I like to treat myself to an occasional coffee (of which you can have them fill your reusable coffee cup!).

Honestly I really like this place and their drinks. The staff is very friendly. I do find that they run out of certain items a lot and when I ask for them the staff can seem tired out, as though many people have asked the same question, and it can be a bit disheartening. I recently ordered a medium of a drink and I got a small. No problem, they gave me a medium with no problem but just added more ice and less drink.
