My wife and I had the most delicious meal of our lives here at The Pho while visiting Austin! I know that sounds extreme, but we truly loved everything we ordered and we have never had anything better anywhere before. We wish we lived in Texas so we could eat here regularly. I've eaten here probably 15 times and I'm rarely disappointed. The broth and veggies are always delicious, and my only critique is sometimes the tofu is cooked differently from visit to visit. It's never bad, but sometimes significantly better than other times. All in all a very nice bowl of pho.

The lemongrass shrimp (or beef) vermicelli bowl is delicious! Very flavorful and filling, it’s my go-to order here. Staff is always very nice and service is fast. I usually pick up a to-go order, but the new tiki-decorated bar is so cute!
