Possum pizza serves unquestionably has the finest vegan pizza I'm ever had. I've tried the Possum Roni and the Buffalo Cauliflower, and both were a masterpiece. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-25
Possum pizza has relocated from the shuttered vegan food truck circle of Buzzmill to the vegan food truck circle of Vegan Nom. This is probably the best vegan pizza in Austin besides Lil and Big Nonna's. Tried the meat and marg pizzas and both were great.
