Went to this food truck in the cosmic coffee food truck area. I got the chilaquiles, which were tasty I wish they had asked me how I wanted my egg. It was a little to over easy for me. If I had known I would have asked for no coquita but that's a personal preference. I appreciated the fresh papas but do wish they were smaller pieces. Possibly would have helped flavor wise possibly more sauce per bite.Overall very tasty chips stayed nice and crunchy throughout. Atmosphere is great!!...read full review
Nice little taco truck with plenty of outdoor seating. The tortillas used tasted very fresh and light. The homemade hot sauce has a good kick to it, but goes really well on the tacos. Good flavours and very reasonably priced!

THE MIGAS PLATE!!!I crave their migas plate more than anything else. Their food is always consistent and ready very quickly.I could swim in their spicy green sauce for the tacos.You just have to hope you can find parking in Cosmic's parking lot!
