Best part of Salvation is the atmosphere. If you’re looking for pizza at a late hour in this area, this is your only option. That said, the pizza we had was only a few steps better than cardboard. The only other point to note is that our bartender initially seemed annoyed with having to serve us when we walked in, greeting us with a quick “what do you want?” However, he did seem to warm up later on. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere with the outside tables was great.However, the service left something to be desired. To be fair, I was the only one outside and the place was busy.

Called in after a walk downtown (we were staying nearby).Got a nice friendly welcome and drinks were brought to us straight away. I had a "small" pizza and my wife had lasagne. To us Europeans these were large portions and we had to take some food with us when we left. Tried a couple of IPA's, both good. Pizza was excellent. Only gave 4 * for atmosphere because it was a little quiet in there late afternoon.
