Enjoyed our meal. Started with delicious johnny cakes. The beets were quite good (but a bit too salty) and the cabbage was also very good and interesting. The sourdough with cultured butters was great (we added on camembert with smoked honey and lemon confit, which I would skip since we couldnt taste the honey and didnt love the confit). We were already too full when the pasta came, so we barely ate the strozzapretti (found it a but dry and bland) but we enjoyed the papardelle....read full review
This place was already impressive and has always had really good food. The addition of Harry the Som to the team only makes it better. Haley and Leon were great at the bar for service.

The food is really great but the service leaves a lot to be desired. To start, there is no parking and to use valet costs money regardless of whether you dine at the restaurant. The service from the earlier was subpar but good from supporting staff. If our server said “aromatic” another time it would have been really annoying. Food was really good but service made it feel not special and because of that I don't see myself going back great Cacio e Pepe.
