The women who work here were really overly friendly and made me laugh. The one complaint I might have is that I waited in line for a good 20 minutes one morning and when I got to order I asked for cold brew and they were out of cold foam. Wish they had had a sign or something that said that before I waited that long ?
Don't listen to those who obviously never worked as a waiter or waitress at this type of company. Obviously these workers are probably understaffed but work at probably one of the most busiest Starbucks locations in Austin. They open to the public and guests of the Marriott. Try giving some encouragement to these folks. Customer service jobs are stressful, busy, and of course demanding. It’s a special Starbucks in 2nd floor of Marriott in Austin downtown. This place doesn’t take cash but you can do Starbucks app, gift card or credit card. I like the place because of its seats beneath the barista area. (Please check the photo) I will recommend you to come here working at a laptop if you have a few hours between your stuffs. Overall, I like this place. It’s not quite but an ok cafe.
