“Best breakfast tacos in the area! I’ve been looking for a local place to support, that has the type of ham and egg taco I’m used to in the RGV. Authentic (delicious) flour and corn tortillas. LOVE the red salsa (I would put it on ANYTHING) and the size of their tacos.“

“This is 100% the best Taco Bell my girlfriend and I have ever been to. We’ve ordered from the app 3 times now and it has been such a magical experience each time. Not only is our order always super accurate but the employees are always delightful as well! Specifically this last time shout out to the guy working the drive thru on Wednesday (7/23) around 12:50PM! GREAT energy! My quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeño was LOADED and so fresh tasting!“

“The Hispanic male cook in the back was griping and fussing in Spanish to the female in the back the whole time I was ordering from the kiosk, waiting for my order, when I finally got my food, and when I sat down to eat. The young female at the register did a great job of ignoring what was going on in the back while I paid cash. The restaurant was clean and the food came out quickly. Even the bathroom was clean. Overall, it was a good place to stop for a fast meal.“

“This is my neighborhood Taco Bell and today I met the new GM, Wayne, and he has a passion for turning this Taco Bell around and making it the best running Taco Bell in the area. He’s only been around 2 months and he’s already made great improvements to the atmosphere and even to the morale of the staff. I heard him talking to his employees making sure they were taken care of and he also made his way around the store checking on everyone’s experience. Not the typical experience you get from a GM at a Taco Bell. Nothing but great things to say here.“

“this place just got better veggies the color looks so much fresher in lettuce and better overerall taste by 5x just by the fresh cut and not to cool temperature at service. but I will brag about the steak chalupa for at least 3 days keep us the freshness and find more v employees to higher due to picked up traffic 🚥

Kid-friendliness: always a family there all walks of life as Long as it's safe for kids always and it is at even 11 at night. Saff is courthouse shy and on point. not overbearing and not rushed unnaturally to leave at close of taco 4. lots of foodstuff here s better than average job is guaranteed...

“This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The staff is awesome and my 2 boys and I really appreciate them. Give them all a raise . Lol. Joking aside they are wonderful employees and are an asset to this company. Thank you Blonka and Andrea and everyone there for always being kind to my boys and I. Oh and Blonka Jackson says thank you for the dances but he still wants a shirt that says Taco Bell in it. Lol.“

“This is the best Taco Bell in town. They almost always get everything correct, and the service is ALWAYS friendly. It's a good place to get something vegetarian in a hurry for a pretty cheap price.

Vegetarian options: I live that you can swap meat for beans on basically anything. The app makes it super easy.“

“They're very good at providing good customer service and being friendly even in stressful busy times. They accommodate service animals and are very sweet. They take meticulous care to make sure most orders if not all orders come as ordered. They've been kind to the homeless and don't discriminate against customers. Phenomenal Taco Bell and especially the staff.“

“I've been coming to this Taco Bell for about 12 years. It is possibly the worst Taco Bell in Austin. I can't be sure. The food is still the same but the treatment and the atmosphere are definitely terrible. The bathrooms are always locked. You're giving questions like why do you want a water cup? Being ignored at the counter is just to be expected. I highly recommend that you order ahead of time online and then you just pick up your order and go. They have tried different managers but it seems like this is where you go to get the least of your Taco Bell experiences“

THANKS TO THE PROMPT INTERVENTION OF ONE OF THE CREW, TWO VERY IMMATURE TEENAGE GIRLS (probably from Bedichek Middle School, which is just across Wm Cannon), the crew- member asked both unruly teenage girls to "dial it down a few notches, or leave the restaurant.Finally, the price is always a tasty value, ; the rest-rooms are always super clean. “I went through the drive-thru today on 9/27 at about 5:30 and the young girl working the window was incredible! I'll just say she went above and beyond and I never had such good customer service at any Taco Bell or fast food restaurant. That girl needs a promotion!!“

“This is coming from a drive thru experience over three visits. The attendant over the speaker has been polite and not rushing to finish my order. By the time I get to the window, the wait has been sub 20 seconds and the food is definitely not premade sitting nonsense. My chubby self eats the food immediately and its always a fresh cook. “On 6-10-25 I came in & placed an order to go. Heather was busy at the drive-thru & said she'd be with me in a minute. I told her I was in no hurry. Than Angie walked in with her purse & bag and offered to help me. I told her I was in no hurry & she proceeded to the back, I guess to clock in? Than a lady named Jayla took my order. All the ladies were so helpful and nice and greeted me and I knew they were busy and I was in no hurry. I placed an order for four crunchy beef tacos. A bean burrito. Nachos Bell grande and a crunchwrap supreme. When I got home everything was warm and delicious and very tasty. The restaurant was clean and the restroom was well stocked. Will be back soon again.“

“It's Taco Bell - you know what you're getting.
This location has an absolutely amazing crew. They seem to be enjoying themselves, and have a good attitude - unlike so many fast food places post-Covid.
While I'm not a big fan of the food, this place tends to be a bit quiet, easy location for me to get away from work for a while and just chill.
Sure, there are often some non-patrons hanging around outside (it's Austin...) it does not seem to hinder the business.“

“I only give a 4 because I pick up. A.J. has taken this crew has made leaps and bounds. This is now a location I want to be in line for. Even when I asked the managers name, the staff pumped him up. They have a great team and I'm happy to be their customer (love my red sauce)“

“I order ahead and the food is always good and ready when I get there. Only problem is it seems the staff is all grinding it out on food prep and it's hard to get service in the dining room. That might explain why the place is empty during dinner time on a weekday. Idk if eat-in fast foods are on the way out, but someones still gotta pay attention to the people picking up food and delivery drivers“
