“They make really good breakfast tacos as well lunch tacos. Really nice staff. Not that long of a wait either.
Favorites: potato and egg, fajitas tacos and they make really good salsa.

No seating but that’s okay I always take on the go.

If you’re in a hurry they usually have extra tacos in the Cmart you can buy. But only potato and egg and bean and egg.“

“This is 100% the best Taco Bell my girlfriend and I have ever been to. We’ve ordered from the app 3 times now and it has been such a magical experience each time. Not only is our order always super accurate but the employees are always delightful as well! Specifically this last time shout out to the guy working the drive thru on Wednesday (7/23) around 12:50PM! GREAT energy! My quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeño was LOADED and so fresh tasting!“

“this place just got better veggies the color looks so much fresher in lettuce and better overerall taste by 5x just by the fresh cut and not to cool temperature at service. but I will brag about the steak chalupa for at least 3 days keep us the freshness and find more v employees to higher due to picked up traffic 🚥

Kid-friendliness: always a family there all walks of life as Long as it's safe for kids always and it is at even 11 at night. Saff is courthouse shy and on point. not overbearing and not rushed unnaturally to leave at close of taco 4. lots of foodstuff here s better than average job is guaranteed...

“The Hispanic male cook in the back was griping and fussing in Spanish to the female in the back the whole time I was ordering from the kiosk, waiting for my order, when I finally got my food, and when I sat down to eat. The young female at the register did a great job of ignoring what was going on in the back while I paid cash. The restaurant was clean and the food came out quickly. Even the bathroom was clean. Overall, it was a good place to stop for a fast meal.“

“This Taco Bell is always amazing, I've been to pretty much every location in South Austin, and this one is my favorite. They are always quick and the burritos are well wrapped. Some customers here are unfortunately rude to the staff but they do a great job handing it all.“

“It's very rare that I share reviews, especially on fast food restaurants. However, I had such a great experience with the staff working at this location today. The receipt shows that the cashier's name was Brianna G and she was AMAZING. I don't think I've ever had a drive through worker be so thoughtful and kind. She had great recommendations to get the best deal and was so pleasant to interact with. Please give her a huge shout out because she deserves it.“

“This location was 5 stars about a year ago, recently the speed, accuracy, and quality has fallen off a cliff. I’m a Taco Bell loyalist, and usually go once a week. Sad to see this location go in the wrong direction. Constantly waiting for my order even when there’s only 1 or 2 other customers, always missing at least one item and not having any modifications honored such as removing sour cream, and last time my burritos weren’t even wrapped, just a mess when I opened them. Would be 1 star, but I still have faith they can fix it and I love Taco Bell.

Edit: After returning to this Taco Bell 2 more times, they did it! Absolutely crushing it, all orders on point and tasting amazing. I retract all my previous negative comments. Thanks for some bomb Taco Bell recently! 5 stars all the way.“

“I've been coming to this Taco Bell for about 12 years. It is possibly the worst Taco Bell in Austin. I can't be sure. The food is still the same but the treatment and the atmosphere are definitely terrible. The bathrooms are always locked. You're giving questions like why do you want a water cup? Being ignored at the counter is just to be expected. I highly recommend that you order ahead of time online and then you just pick up your order and go. They have tried different managers but it seems like this is where you go to get the least of your Taco Bell experiences“

“I went through the drive-thru today on 9/27 at about 5:30 and the young girl working the window was incredible! I'll just say she went above and beyond and I never had such good customer service at any Taco Bell or fast food restaurant. That girl needs a promotion!!“

“They're very good at providing good customer service and being friendly even in stressful busy times. They accommodate service animals and are very sweet. They take meticulous care to make sure most orders if not all orders come as ordered. They've been kind to the homeless and don't discriminate against customers. “I was actually very surprised about the service and the quality of the food that I got from this Taco Bell as late as I was there. Because usually when you’re there super late, everything is crap but it’s something you learn to live with, however, this one was top-notch“

This location has an absolutely amazing crew. They seem to be enjoying themselves, and have a good attitude - unlike so many fast food places post-Covid.
While I'm not a big fan of the food, this place tends to be a bit quiet, easy location for me to get away from work for a while and just chill.
Sure, there are often some non-patrons hanging around outside (it's Austin...) it does not seem to hinder the business.“

“I order ahead and the food is always good and ready when I get there. Only problem is it seems the staff is all grinding it out on food prep and it's hard to get service in the dining room. That might explain why the place is empty during dinner time on a weekday. Idk if eat-in fast foods are on the way out, but someones still gotta pay attention to the people picking up food and delivery drivers“
