“I have been going to this Taco Bell for several years now and every single time I come here my food looks like a picture. Taco supreme is stacked! Nachos are amazingly beautiful! The Taco Bell in my area where I live looks like trash and I always compare it to this location! Why can’t all Taco Bell’s be like this location? Everyone is nice and everything I ever gotten at this location was damn good! How hard is it to take the time to make these tacos look amazingly delicious! Y’all get 5 stars!!“
“Ok it's taco bell so not winning any awards for food, price or service. With that said, this is the best taco bell in the vicinity. The one on East parmer and west parmer are terrible. The one on Wells Branch used to be okay but now terrible.This one on braker ln is the only one that so far can put the right amount of sauce in the quesadilla and heat it for the right temperature and time. Basic stuff but apparently too hard for the other taco bells. So I drive all the way from parmer skipping the closer ones to come here. The gamble has mostly paid off.Never been inside, my life is not that sad yet. The drive thru person is generally friendly enough and so far no mess ups on the orders.3.5 rounded up.“
“The service was fast and friendly. The food tasted good, and the restaurant was clean. I took off a star because the manager had their whole family visiting ro get free food and their family was annoying. They had little kids demanding what they wanted made, not paying for any of it. And the family and manager all gossiped loudly and were yelling from the dining room to the kitchen. It made the restaurant feel less like a professional business, and more like something from a 3rd world country“

“The male, night manager ROCKS! He made sure that I was happy going home because I think I made the order online & did not do it right, came thru asking for my order they did not have, he told me what to do, went around the drive-thru two more times and it finally turned out complete and he rewarded me upon leaving for all I had gone through. But really, think about what I made him go through. Praise God for such a beautiful servant leader!“
“This location has really turned things around in the past few months. Before things were so bad, I actually started going up to 290 location because this location took more than 30 minutes to service like 4-5 cars and they were out of items all the time. I almost exclusively eat at night from 8PM - 12AM. The night crew recently has been so good. Very nice to talk to like they are actually fairly happy. 4-5 car lines are sent through in just a few minutes. My food is made correctly. This is all late night eaters ask for.So management, keep this vibe going! Go tell these crews they are doing well. My receipt today says cashier is Anant J. Go tell this person and the other working with them that they are doing great. Then, wild idea I know, give them a pay raise. Keep morale and service good. They have probably increased sales more than 100% anyways just by the cars I see go through the line compared to before. So please keep up the great work. Thanks.“

“Taco bell never disappoints in terms of the range of food I like. Right from burritos, tacos, quesadilla, chalupa and my favourite Mexican Pizza, all these are having a flavor that stands apart. Also, I being a vegetarian, there are sufficient range of veggies items on the menus with different customization.“

Otherwise, this is my go to taco bell!Update: I went back, and the soda fountain drink machine was moldy all around where you put your cup and inside the ice shoot.As a chef, I know for a fact they never clean it. “I visited the Taco Bell off Braker today 2/16/24 at around 8pm. There was a lovely, very kind lady taking my order. She greeted me, asked me how my day was, and made modifications to my complex order. I really appreciated how kind and understand she was. I’ve had a hard week, but it’s friendly people like her that can make a day brighter.Shout to the culinary team for getting my food out fresh and quickly. “The last couple of times I been by here I have had horrible experiences. The first last time back I ordered some tacos and Cinnamon Twists and the cinnamon twist had a bitter taste like they had been poisoned or they had made them after cleaning up something. The last time I went by there I asked for the box with 12 tacos they only gave me 10. I didn't like the way I saw the lady unwrapping the wrapper on them after they were finished and I saw 3 buses pass by that I missed waiting on my order to get made.“

“We went through the drive thru between 11pm-12am. The drive thru screen wasn't lite up at all but when we went around there was someone at the window waiting for food. So we waited. Once the car ahead of us left we pulled up. The worker didn't see us for like 5 mins. We ended up getting to order. They said the storm knocked out a lot of power everywhere. Food was good.“

I also happened to be present when the most important woman in the world showed up demanding all the employees work faster because she has “sht to do” and all other customer orders should’ve been put on hold so hers could be made first. The atmosphere was fine til she showed up and improved again when she left. I would of said all 5 stars if dinning room was open until at least 11pm, other than that the food is always good ?Vegetarian options: They do have quite a few vegetarian options for a fast food restaurant, which is a pool lus for me and my high cholesterol.“

They are also very accommodating to those with mental or emotional health issues. “Legitimately one of the best Taco Bells I've been to in Austin. I've been here about 3-4 times in recent months and I've had great and fast service through the drive-through each time. I actually come to this one intentionally even though I live closer to the Lake Creek one. The food I've had from this one is always very warm or hot too.Even just tonight, I had a 2 free items coupon that the guy in the drive-thru let me keep from the awful Lake Creek one giving me an entirely different order and shorting me a ton of food. Not sure if he felt bad or thought the coupon was fake, but I absolutely appreciated it.“
“Everything is fantastic - especially the green salsa. I'm a baby when it comes to spicy things but it's perfect, just enough kick and flavor. Even the refried beans are complex and delicious. I love being able to call my order in ahead of time and it being ready for me before work.“
