Cold food that was just sitting under a heat lamp, my food was ready in two seconds and I see whySoda machine had no ice and no carbonation and the staff didn’t care about anything. The person that took my order in the dining room wasn’t professional at all. Love Wendy’s and it was an Awful experience. Not coming back to this location
This happened at 6:15pm. Really bad service!!! The restaurant is dead and they try to give you a hard time just on ordering on the drive thru. I speak pretty loud and the guy on the drive thru thinks I work here. I asked for the new Loaded nacho cheese burger and he asked me what number. I told him I don't know the burger you guys are promoting the burger. He tells me yeah it has a number, it's the number 8. I'm like oh okay. Sorry I don't know your menu. Guy just trying too much....read full review
