“My husband and I have been here about 4 or 5 times now. Each time we have gotten something different. Everything we have gotten has been so good. 2 things stand out for me. 1, the seasoning on everything is the perfect touch, and 2, nothing is greasy! tots and onion rings come out crispy but NOT greasy. The burger I got today was juicy, flavorful, toppings piled on, yet NOT greasy. apart from the great food, the staff are attentive and as sarcastic as us, so a great fit. We will be back again for sure!!“
“First timers at this diner. What a GEM!! The food, DELICIOUS, The service, ON POINT, The Ambiance, COUNTRY BIKER. The wife had the migas, wow, just like mama used to make. I had the weekend AYCE buffet. ($16.99 adult/$11.99 senior/ $8.99 kids). What a selection, Omelettes anyway you want, Eggs anyway you want, French toast, pancakes (see picture for flavors). And a huge sides station. I had three eggs over medium, bacon, potatoes, toast and pancakes. All for $11.99. I could only do one serving but if you have a huge appetite this place is for you. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was so on point and friendly. Kudos!“
“Small town diner. The food was very good diner food. I went for the steak sandwich and got a bunch with a chicken fried steak on it. Was my fault, I was hoping for a sirloin on that bun. It was still very tasty. The merengue was a let down for me. The family enjoyed the atmosphere and their food a lot. Definitely on the list for another stop.“

“This business has been around for years. They are known primarily for the monster cinnamon yeast rolls. Very good. Homestyle meals are also good, large portions. I ordered just a couple of appetizers, fried cheese sticks & fried green tomatoes. Both were good, not necessarily exceptional, but good. I was not aware the restaurant closed at 3pm so service was somewhat sluggish & took a while to receive the orders. Came in around 2pm. The walls are lined with vintage, unique & collectable cookie jars. I would recommend but be sure to check hours & don't come within an hour or so of closing.“
“I've driven by this place many times and always told myself, self, you need to check this place out. And I'm so glad I did. Date night with my wife was awesome here. She's a burger snob and she loved the burger. I had the turkey club and it was amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the lake view with our meal. The staff is very kind.“

“Delivered an Amazon package here along my route and asked the manager whats good, and she said fish tacos and brisket tacos, brisket is smoked in house. Me personally, I never had brisket tacos, so I thought I would try it out.The food is better than I thought, and the manager was super nice. She made sure my order came out first, as I had a busy day in front of me.I'm not used to a bar/lounge atmosphere, so I don't really know how to rate that. I will say that you have to get past the smell of cigarettes if you want to dine in. Otherwise, I would just be ordering pickup. I would NOT recommend bringing children in the restaurant.“

“We would actually give our time there a 3 1/2, but since we can’t, we’re going to give it a four because we think it leans more that way. We had a family of five with us and I believe it’s our first time to eat there since it’s changed from the previous restaurant to the one it is now. I had the turkey dinner and would give my turkey ? a five 5️⃣ . The turkey was moist and it tasted so good and I really enjoyed that. My baked potato was OK and I would say it was not quite a four, but it was OK. I enjoyed our salad and would lean it being more towards the four and also liked the ranch dressing. My husband had the barbecue plate with sliced brisket and jalapeño cheese sausages. He would give it a five 5️⃣ and said the sliced brisket was moist and flavorful and the sausages were well seasoned without the jalapeño ?️ being overpowering. We had three children’s plates and don’t have a whole lot to go on there, but I will say that each child had plenty of food to eat. The chicken strips seemed fine and they liked their tater tots.I will say the restaurant seemed very busy and our waitress, and possibly other staff seemed overwhelmed. However, in all that, and although we did have to ask for things more than once, she was very nice. I just think they had a lot of people there, which is a good sign, and maybe not enough staff to take care of them that particular night.It does seem like a good restaurant and a nice place to go if you looking for a casual family night.Kid-friendliness: We had three children there and the waitress was very nice to them. “We did not actually eat in the restaurant. Though it seemed to have a fun atmosphere . We fished on the pier. The cost is $4 per person. If no one is there to collect money there is an honor box to place the money in. There is a little bait shop out on the pier. It was not open yet so I cannot review it. The pier has 3 benches out on the end. It has 2 benches under the awning by the bait shop. We really enjoyed fishing on the pier. We did not catch too much, I think because the water was still a little too cold. We heard from all that in the right conditions it is a really good fishing spot. It also has a place to put your boat in the water for $10. We would recommend this spot.“
“The day our BFF got her new ring we stopped here to eat and it was really good. Upon ordering different meals and veggies it was delicious seasoned almost to perfection. “This place is usually full of customers but we decided to check it out last night and got lucky. The hostst were friendly and quick to seat us. The food was ok. I got a fajita Quesadilla and I liked it. My Husband got Chicken Fried Steak and it was mostly crusty so he did not enjoy it so much. There was a miscommunication with our waitress so we had to wait a while to place our order, so we got another waitress to go get her. The atmosphere is clean and great for a Sports Bar Atmosphere. We did enjoy it overall however.Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian place.Kid-friendliness: I would bring my kids here but in the later evening maybe not“
“I’ve been searching for the best Donut place in Parker County and this is it!! The chocolate donut with Bavarian cream is *perfect* in every way - taste, fluff, color, everything! Not only are the donuts delicious, and they have a convenient drive through, but the place itself is adorable with a huge outdoor pergola area that mimics a park setting! Love love love! “We had a server named Kelsey. My family and I go out to eat ALL the time to different restaurants... But Kelsey has absolutely been the best server we have had in such a long time. Never once did we have to ask for refills, or bags or napkins or anything. She was soooo sweet and very attentive. I'm not so much a fan of chilis, but she most definitely made our experience wonderful!!!! We will be back just to have the excellent experience and service that Kelsey gave us today!“

My husband tried the jalapeño popper grilled cheese sandwich and it was on a level all of its own! I will definitely have to come back!!“
