“This is a hidden gem! The restaurant has bookshelves on the wall and no music playing so that may throw some people off but the food is incredible. We had the eggrolls, orange chicken and pineapple cashew fried rice. The ingredients were fresh and food was delicious.“
“This place is no longer at the driving range. It is now located at a place off of 304 called The East 40. The address is 1177 TX-304, Bastrop, TX 78602. Once we found it we ordered tortas and they were really good. Definitely check them out.“
“I was surprised to find Thai food here and we tried it out. It was a good experience! Service was very good. The quality of the food was also very good; my only complaint is that the portion size was small, smaller than I expect even for this price range (prices were quite low, but even for such low prices the portions were a bit small.) So I would prefer paying a little bit more and getting a bit more food. Thai food is often pretty light, because there are so many vegetables and the sauces are not that heavy, so I need to eat more of it to feel full. The atmosphere is very minimal, this is a run-down hole-in-the-wall in a run-down plaza. That's fine by me, it was clean and the lighting was pleasant so they had done the best they could do without a more expensive redesign of the interior. But it still was one of the more run-down looking restaurants we had eaten at during our time in Texas.“
