“My husband and I decided to visit after I searched online for a Hispanic owned vineyard. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was only a 45 minute drive for us. We arrived at 4:30 and soon realized that we should have arrived sooner. It was such a relaxing experience with the most delicious tasting wines I’ve ever had! Aida was such a great host! We will be returning with books and snacks in tow for a full day adventure next time!”

“Just had an incredible experience at Paradise Cafe thanks to our amazing server, Jasmine. Seriously, this girl was on fire. From the moment we sat down, she had the friendliest vibe and made us feel right at home.
Jasmine wasn’t just quick; she was super attentive without being overbearing. Every time we needed something, she was right there with a smile, whether it was refilling our drinks or making sure our orders were perfect. You could tell she really knew the menu too; she helped us pick out some amazing dishes.

Turns out I misunderstood the points due to having earned a reward and the system not showing all the transactions. Not only was he extremely patient and kind and figured out what was going on, he still gave me extra points for my trouble. That is excellent customer service.”

“Born and raised in Baytown and only return for 2 reasons: C&D's and Someburger. Recently Someburger updated and I was worried that they lost their charm. NOPE! Not only are the burgers just as good, but they've gotten better! As well, they've added a lot of options, but not so many that it lost its simplicity. The customer service is phenomenal. I believe that a lot of the kids that work there are culinary student and it shows. I can't remember the name of the lady who was managing but HOLY CRAP is she absolutely charming and her personality alone made the experience more enjoyable. Pay no attention to the idiot Karen's and Lonnie's that leave the occasional bad review. Miserable people are never happy. 10/10 recommend.”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.”

“I had the sweet and sour shrimp and veggie lo mein. By far and wide the best lo mein I have had in a while. Idyllic balance of noodles and veggies in my opinion. The S&S shrimp was a little overcooked, but the flavor was nice. We also indulged in a couple of the Boba infused smoothies. The boba was a little chewy for my liking (I have only previously had the types that burst and have liquid inside), it was like chewing a gummy bear. The smoothies were good, but I may have to hold the Boba next time. Overall, our little family impromptu picnic lunch was fun and filling.”
