“Went for lunch, food and service were great! Steaks are always well seasoned and tender. Sides are great as always! Our waiter Gideon was wonderful and helpful in deciding what to eat! All other staff we had encounters with were also kind, several acknowledged my baby watching them and stopped to say hello to her. Definitely recommend and will be back!“
“Im from Louisiana, I go here for the crawfish and boudin balls and babbbbyyyyy. They taste just like home. The seasoning is NOT on the outside of the crawfish like alot of these fake places its boiled in with the crawfish the way its supposed to be. (iykyk) The atmosphere and staff are friendly as well.“
“My daddy took my momma, and both of my sisters here for a celebration in honor of my youngest sister's radiation completion. Our server was Krista, and she did an absolute amazing job. She was very attentive and knew the menu and specials. She was able to answer any of our questions, and she took great care of us. Mike McClure, the Managing Partner came by the table to welcome us and thank us for choosing Truluck's for our celebration. The food was absolutely amazing; everything was cooked to perfection. This is by far, hands down, the best seafood and steak house I've ever been to. Thank you, Krista & Mike, for helping to make this family celebration outing one of the most memorable for our family. This was the first time in many years that we've been out as our family of five.“
“Wonderful atmosphere, you feel comfortable and isolated even though it's busy and all the tables are filled. Our server, Royce, is amazing. Greeted us at the table, got us our drinks quickly, and went over the specials with us.The lamb pop appetizer comes with chimicurri which needs to go on top of the lamb. The flavors dance on your tongue. The mac and cheese isn't just macaroni with cheese, the chefs added additional flavors, making it a dish on its own.The steak is seasoned with a little salt, pepper, and clarified butter. It does not need anything else. It melts in your mouth. There's a thin crust on the outer edge, with its herbs, spices, and buttery goodness, and then the succulent inside, perfectly cooked steak, and how it practically dissolves on your tongue. We ordered both the chocolate and carrot cake, having been told the pair of desserts are the most delicious. We took the two home, having filled ourselves to bursting already. The chocolate cake is definitely something you need to order. We haven't tried the carrot cake, but we imagine it will be just as wonderful.“
“Coco tacos are great. It the only thing I get so I can't speak to the remainder of the menu. The thing that annoys me is tipping in the drive through. Like so many other fast food places they do the handheld device thing that allows for tipping.“
“Pappadeaux at DFW is an escape from the chaos of the airport. The food is excellent, and the service is even better! Miguel provided great service, and the manager accommodated my shellfish allergy and made this a 5/5 experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you have time!“
“Great restaurant for a reasonably priced steak or seafood dinner. I have stopped here twice now in 2 years on short stays, and both times the food was excellent and had service to match. I recommend the prime rib as well as the ribeye. The 12oz ribeye is bone out, so you actually get 12oz of meat.“
“It was date night for my wife and I. We typically don't get to go out as much as we'd like to so we typically don't venture outside of our normal spots. However, we decided to try out Kirby's for the first time. OUTSTANDING! The food was very good. It's what you'd expect to pay for a good steakhouse so the price's were not surprising. Erin was our server and gave us the best service we ever received at any restaurant. By far the greatest first experience we've had. We will be back and request her every visit.“
“Wow! Finally a restaurant that serves food that brings back the memories of home. The fish n shrimp were fried to perfection. The pickled relish paired perfectly with the beans. Even the baked potato was delightful. But the star of the evening was the dinner rolls—and I’m not much of a bread eater! Gotta try it out.“
“Ventured into the inviting ambiance of Aspen Creek Grill on a delightful post eclipse April 9th excursion with esteemed company, my in-laws in tow.Our culinary journey was gracefully steered by the affable Joe, a beacon of hospitality and charm. With a genuine enthusiasm, he navigated us through the labyrinth of menu offerings and tantalizing specials, his demeanor akin to a maestro orchestrating a symphony of flavors. His impeccable grooming and infectious charisma were but a prelude to the culinary delights that awaited us, assuring us of an delightful evening. Our order was a testament to our diverse palates and penchant for excellence - three impeccably cooked sirloin steaks, a tantalizing shrimp bowl, and not one, but two masterfully crafted margaritas. Each dish eliciting murmurs of contentment from our discerning palates. Even my discerning in-laws, one of whom boasts a career as a chef, found themselves enamored by the delectable offerings. In summation, our evening at Aspen Creek Grill transcended mere dining; it was a symphony of flavors, orchestrated by the virtuoso Joe, and savored amidst the warm embrace of family.“
“Consistency of service and food are hallmarks of an amazing space: Jane and Francesco are the consummate hosts.Having dined at Ferrari's for many years I had the wonderful opportunity to return after a short Texas hiatus and chose (wisely) to make Ferrari's my Monday evening dinner choice.Greeted warmly at the door by Francesco and Jane, I was seated in the perfectly private spot to observe the dining room activities. My table captain, Arturo, was engaging, professional and knowledgeable, and sensed my desire for a slowly-paced evening. The cioppino was simply amazing. Notice the entire bowl filled with the shells - this dish was perfectly adorned - every biteful of fish with broth. The base was rich and perfectly seasoned. Now having tasted everything on their menu over 10 years of I can unequivocally recommend enjoying anything they serve - especially the daily specials. My rating: exceptional.“
“Food was delicious and the service was amazing awesome sense of humor. The waitress was on top of our service would highly recommend her to our friends and family it's always awesome to have one that is so attractive to your needs.Kid-friendliness: Awesome service will gladly eat there again“
“I will be back to Finch very soon....from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave....the ambience was on point. Our server Jade was the best server ever...she was smiling every time she came to check on us to offering recommendations for each part of our dinner.“
“The first time I ate here was when I ordered their tres leche cake. I like their cake because it doesn’t have all the extra fruit on it. Ever since then, I would only come here when I had a taste for some tres leche cake. Never tried their food before till now! OMG!!! I’ve been missing out on some good Mexican food! Hard to find good authentic Mexican food around Arlington and with good service. We had ordered their beef and cheese enchiladas dinner and steak shrimp and sausage fajita. My husband had the shredded beef burrito! They did not disappoint! My craving was met! Thank you!“
“All I have to say is WOW! Aside from the food being super delicious and the atmosphere being one of the best chill environments the people at this place are so welcoming and friendly they truly treat you like family. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great good and great hospitality. Try the pound of shrimp with Cajun spicy sauce it is amazing! The crab platter is also really delicious! I'm looking forward to going back and trying their shrimp pasta ?. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot you will not be dissapointed if you are a fan of seafood.“
“Consistently good service and great food. I have been to this location numerous times and overall it is always an enjoyable visit. We started our meal with the calamari appetizer. Calamari is well cooked and the dips it is accompanied by complement the flavors well. For my meal I had the salmon entree with crawfish tails and shrimp. The sauce this entree comes with is the star of the dish. The salmon was cooked well, but the portion size seemed off and smaller than a normal entree at most locations. The green beans side is fairly bland, unless you mix with the sauce on the plate. Service was on point and I never had to wait for a drink. Great spot to grab a bite before a flight. Highly recommend!“
“Friends of mine took me to Victor's during my visit to Texas. We joked that I flew from Canada just to dine here, and after, it wouldn't be far fetched that I would. Amazing family owned quality restaurant, perfect for a lovely night with friends.“
“Unbelievably delicious food, with the drink selection to match! The atmosphere feels modern and very upscale. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and equally courteous. The desserts were absolutely worth every calorie, and make you want to order more! I'm definitely a regular now!“
“The other half and I had a craving for crab legs yet we were unsure as to where to go. We landed on King Crab House in Hurst. The food and the service were incredible. Tein was our waitress and she was phenomenal. We had ordered crab legs and shrimp in their house sauce and a po boy and it was bang up. Such an awesome experience we had to share with the owner. We will certainly be back when the other half has another hankering for seafood.“
“First time here. Friendly and attentive service from all the staff. We got the gator bites, hush puppies (best i’ve ever had), butterfly shrimp and fried catfish, which were all amazing! They gave us a small discount due to a minor hiccup in the order, but they made sure to accommodate us. We will be back to explore more of the delicious menu!“
“Easy 5 stars here. There was zero wait. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and on Saturday night they got us right in. Please note they were busy too.I had the kabob with rice and my wife had a burger and we shared a baked potato. That is the best baked potato I’ve ever eaten! The atmosphere is wonderful. So many things to look at. My favorite part was the bucket of toy soldiers and a sign that said to take one and put it somewhere and when you see it pray for our military and service members. If you are ever in the area stop by! It is worth your time and money.“
“Super friendly staff and quality food!I'm not a big fan of mac salads, but this one, this one is terrific! Is Chicken Katsu a basic thing to try? Yes but it is a dealbreaker menu item to me. Ana's didn't disappoint! All food is fresh & made to order, so dont go inside thinking you will be in and out in under 10 minutes with some reheated plate. Only thing missing was the Aloha Maid juices!“
“Like most Saltgrass, you know exactly what you are getting if you visit this restaurant. I can't in good conscious give 5 stars today for just a few reasons. At first arrival, the lobby was busy, but no one knew where the line was to check in, and it was organized chaos. With that said, we did get seated pretty quickly. The waiter was ok, but for us, he was way too talkative. I like to enjoy my meal without all the conversation. He did a good job, though. The bread here is always amazing. We ordered mushrooms and crab cakes for appetizers. You can't go wrong with either. Both were amazing. I really liked the crab cakes with the lemon sauce. The potato soup is not what I'm used to and tasted like it was missing something. The meals were as expected, tasted good, hot, tender ribs, and perfectly cooked steak. The couple we were eating with, though, had their fish come out more raw than fish should be. They did take care of it and replaced the dish, but by the time he got his fish, we were almost done. The remake was cooked properly, but it was way over seasoned. Overall, a good, not great visit. I would recommend a visit despite our issues since they are very consistent with good food.“
“I ordered the beef pho, which was not highlighted on the menu but was exceptionally good. My son ordered the wonton soup, and it was so perfectly earthy that we actually got another set of bowls so we could share each other’s dishes. My fiancé ordered the classic Tom Yum, and “yum” perfectly described it.I still can’t believe how good the food was!The service was great as well, very intimate, and we were checked on often. A few of the servers were on their phones at the front of the house, which is always a negative, but our server wasn’t, so I’m not holding it against her. They also gave us Thai Tea on the house, which was delightful! I love this place. And it is pretty cool on the inside, especially as it got darker in the restaurant.Overall score: 8.4, and that’s using the Dave Portnoy scale - “very good score.”“
“Stopped in for a bite between flights. I appreciated that my waitress asked me how much time I had to catch my flight before she took my order.I had sweet tea and the Catfish Po' Boy with fries. I ordered the dirty rice with my meal, but got fries. Didn't have time to complain and the fries are good.“
“Today was my first eating there and it was so good and very well season. The lady that too my order very sweet.and two other people's was in there and they were very nice also(and for the Cook I'm go have to steal you and have you cook for me...) I will be coming back very very soon..I had the catfish and shrimp it was take out“
“My family and I went here for out monthly outing. As soon as they opened at noon we were ready to eat. The seafood was good and fresh. The only thing that wasn't great was my daughter asking for a side of white rice. It was stiff and not fresh looking. Maybe thats the way it should be, but didn't look good. We spent around $575 between 5 of us. And yes we order almost everything they offered. I highly recommend this place. Great selection!“
“Very cool restaurant. Service was excellent by the staff. Cocktails were made correctly. The scallops were very good and always like a place that had escargot. Ordered tuna entree which was not my favorite. Others at the table enjoyed their “
“Lisa's chicken never disappoints. It is one of the few fadt food places that you can still get your money's worth price wise. Their chicken gizzard are always great. As well as the fried shrimp. Their fried rice is also good plus great portions.“
“I like there cheesecake, there hospitality is amazing, the place itself is cool and pretty, lots of decoration, there food is amazing, they do seafood better than most seafood restaurants, amazing mix of Mexican taste/food and seafood, and there appetizers are amazing, the price is cheap for the serving sizes.Vegetarian options: They taste amazing, an amazing substituteParking: Easy access, lots of roomKid-friendliness: Amazing for kids, as one myself I can confirm, highly kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, it was barely a process to get in“
“All stars 5. Our waiter Doug was awesome. He knew just what to suggest and was very nice. I took my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and we were both very impressed definitely perfect date night. Inside feels like it’s a different world. All the staff is very “
“We had a reservation at 7pm. We didn't get seated till almost 8 pm. It took over 15 minutes before we had anyone come to our table. The owner finally came and got a waitress there. No one told us about your special valentines menu until we sat down and it was handed to us. $79.95 per person was very expensive for the menu that was presented. It took over an hour to get served and forever to get our desert and bill. We didn't walk out of the place till after 10:00 pm. I've been there many times, great food and always on time. But this night you guys lost a faithful customer.“
“I thought i would go to an avervage dinner night WRONG,...i walked into a smell of delicious food, clean tables all around, smiles and a friendly staff...the menu had something for everyone and a price point unheard of for the qualitly of the food i received.Everything was made fresh in front of me.Tender seafood, i had a thick tastey homeade salsa, the best perfectly cooked fried seafood not oily at all perfect batter combo. Street tacos were like being back in cozumel, and spicy pinto beans to die for. They even customized food for a preference not listed on the menu. Please do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money on another bad service or mediocre food at applebees or chilis on beltline.... This is the ABSOLUTE BEST FOOD i have had in irving, Tx in years. Congratulations to the staff and managers it looks newly reonovated yall are doing a great job its worth the drive, clean bathrooms clean tables and its worth every penny i spent friday night... will be back again loved the music and had a blast... Cheers“
“3 times to order in the past 2 weeks. Had Kung Pao Chicken, Cashew Chicken and Hunan Chicken, all were very tasty, but they tasted about the same. Same use of vegetables and not much difference in the sauce. 2 spicy, 1 not, but tasted the same. Also ordered spring rolls. Won't order again. 3 very small rolls and works out to be about $.50 per bite.“
“After seeing other reviews and recommendations for the fried fish, we had to give this place a try. It's a typical counter service style restaurant. I ordered the 2 piece fish combo. The fish was fried fresh and steaming hot when served. Crinkle cut fries were crispy, fresh and had some incredible seasoning on sprinkled on top. They make their own tarter sauce too. It's Ike no other and almost addictive. Now back to the fish. The combo came with 2 large filets. They were fried perfectly. Crispy and golden on the outside and fully cooked but not overly done on the inside. Fish was seasoned well and tasted great! They forgot to put hushpuppies on out plates. No big deal because we still had plenty of food to eat.“
“My wife and I ate here for the first time. The server Claudia was amazing we were told later that she had just started. She needs a raise already in our opinion. The food was phenomenal. Very well portioned and well worth the money which was very affordable. Atmosphere was great and over all amazing staff. We are visiting from Arkansas and it won't be our last time. We plan to come back soon. We will surely tell other family and friends. Thank you..“
“I’ve always loved this place and made it a frequent stop for out of town visitors. So hate to see on this visit that the prices have increased and the portions are smaller sadly. Shocked to see that one house margarita now costs as much as the lunch entrees. It’s still good food but I’ll be going to places where a lunch for 2 with one drink isn’t $80 before tip. No wonder it’s not crowded anymore.“
“Great place for Mexico food, The Clean restaurant and good customer service is the main reason I come back to this place. The food is made to order. And is always fresh.Parking: You park the car between the lines. Not like a selfish moron and take 2 spaces. Noone likes that.“
“No one tops Ruggeri's Been coming to Ruggeri's original since the 80's soory to see Dallas close but new location in Colleyville is really nice for date night and the food is amazing. Highly recommend especially now that weather is cooling and fires are blazing...AAA+++“
“Popped into Next for an early Valentine's Day dinner with my Fiancé and couldn't be happier we did! We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server Maude was very charismatic and quick with service but never made us feel rushed. The place really does give off the whole "Bistro" vibe, dim but not dark, music was present but didn't impede conversation. The star of the show was the food, which is generally what you hope for at a restaurant I suppose haha. We felt that nearly everything we ordered was priced correctly (sans maybe the Brie) as you got PLENTY of food. My duck was the. BEST. I've had in years. So crispy yet not dry. A good amount of meat (if you eat duck often you know you're usually getting mouthfuls of bones lol). And I could have drank the sauce by itself, it was that good. My fiancé said that every bit of his seafood was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning on point! 10/10 recommend!“
“My wife & I make it a point to celebrate out Wedding Anniversary's here. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and do what it takes to ensure a really good meal, at reasonable prices and good service. Have taken many friends here, which turns out to be one of their FAVORITE places. Try it, you might just find YOUR new "favorite" place too.Parking: Lot next to Faust Funeral home (right across street from Big Fish) has handicap and open parking FREE. Also, free parking about a block behind Big Fish. Certainly worth the "extra" effort to find parking.“
“I've been to a lot of sushi/ hibachi grill restaurants. I have been going to lava grill for about 18 years now. They have hands down the best fried rice and the best employees.Kid-friendliness: They have a choice on the menu for children and they have high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking and ramp is right in front of the restaurant.“
“We came here many, many years ago and did not have a good experience....But we had a gift card someone gave us and decided to give it another try. Let me say, it was a 10,000% change! Bryan was our server and was amazing! He was very attentive without being overbearing and bothersome. He was fun and made sure everything was right. When there was a problem in the kitchen, the lasagna wasn't ready, he came to make it right. He did everything he could to make us happy, even though he didn't need to do anything! The food was well above par and tasted great! We will be back, and hopefully, we will get to see Bryan again!Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian/vegan menu online, but there are icons on the menu to show which items are vegetarian or vegan. They even, on the regular menu, tell what dressing should be substituted to make the salad vegan!“
“My boyfriend and I came in for our 4 year anniversary, also to grab some grub before picking up our friends from the airport. We traveled into Dallas for the week and wanted to come by and try Bonefish, Kyle was an amazing server, very attentive, and the food was fresh and delicious!Apps. Came out in 10 minutes max, food came out in 10 mins max as well, and they gave us a complimentary desert for our anniversary. Thank you Kyle for an amazing first experience with Bonefish coming from South Carolina! If we ever visit Dallas again we will definitely be back.“
“I really don’t do reviews, but I had to do one this time.. Food was delicious, but what really made my day was the cashier. Since I walked in the cashier had a smile and I felt welcome. She was very nice and very helpful as it was my first time coming in. I’ve been to other restaurants and now days it’s hard to find someone with a welcoming personality. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family and I’ll be coming back next time I work in this area.“
“Today I had the pleasure of arriving at this place, I really wanted to go because they had told me about the cakes that were very tasty, and so I decided to order a cake, they are big and have a good flavor, the service was good, very friendly. Miss, the quiet atmosphere is clear. I went at 2pm, the place was very quiet, it looked clean, I don't know if I would return but I recommend it ?“
“Food is fresh and the kitchen is easily seen, the energy coming from it and the smells of the food draw you in. The bayou music playing and the food cooking are the perfect mixture for an excellent meal experience.Vegetarian options: The spinach is what I always order when choosing the vegetable plate. Steamed with garlic and served hot. Beans are delicious as well, the cilantro makes this dish. The corn is served whole and buttery and doesn't taste as if sat in water, tastes freshly cooked. Tried the green beans, not something I will order a second time.Parking: Picnic tables are also outside and 2 indoor dining rooms.Kid-friendliness: Kids will be too busy eating to be thinking of doing anything else.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp entrance if needed.“
“My daughter and i went a little while back. Kinda shocked it wasn't still Chophouse. There was no real difference in the food. It was great! There had been an online snafu and they hadn't received our order. The Manager (or owner?) was on it. His customer service alone means we'll be back. Thank “
“Service was amazing. Food is always great but ask for Naylynn! She was our server during our business lunch! She’s the best. If she recommends a dish, GO FOR IT! Everything she recommended was great! Had a great time! Thank Naylynn for making our afternoon better“
