I ordered a biscuit sandwich online the night before. Picked it up at 5 AM. Started driving down the road and took a bite. The bread was hard as a brick! And, the sausage was tough as shoe leather! It's like they cooked the thing hours in advance and placed it under the heat lamp and forgot about it. come on Whataburger People!
In the day, it's great. At night, at least for the past 4 times, it's been trash. You get cold food and terribly slow service. Can't recommend.It's been horrible for years.Edit - I don't know what's changed, but the service I received 2-1-24 around 10:00 pm was the best I've had from this location.
