“Beef was really well seasoned and very tasty, the chicken was a little less so but still tender along with the veggies on my fajita plate. Nachos were piled high and could feed two people with leftovers!! I loved the taco sauce but all the sauces were tasty.“
“Best birria tacos in Hays County, hands down! I've been to Taco Clem, Tejas Birria and C Spot in Kyle. Tacos La Pachanga is better than all of them, and it's not even close. The flavor is amazing. The service is always fast and friendly. The workers go out of their way to fix any issues if there is a mistake. I can't say enough good things about this little food truck. Great food, great location, and great customer service. I live all the way in Kyle, and I will drive to Buda everytime if I'm craving birria tacos. 100% worth the drive! Absolutely delicious meat, salsa, and consome. Nice and greasy, the way they should be.“
“We just moved here to the great state of Texas and have been looking for some great authentic Mexican food.. we stumbled upon this Taco joint by accident. I am glad that we did.. because the food here is AMAZING and their Agua Fresca is the best I have ever had..my wife had the chicken tostada.. the chicken had just the right amount of flavor.. so good!! I ordered 3 different kinds of tacos (bistec, fajita, and pork) each of them with corn and flour tortillas and all were amazing.. but I do favor the flour tortillas a bit more!! This is definitely going to be our #1 spot for sure!“
“This was our first time coming here and we are glad we did. This food truck is located with other food trucks in a gravel lot with a strip of businesses. Great customer service, they were all so friendly, they were so kind about remaking one of our orders with no problem or hesitation. They have a covered outside seating area with plenty of seating. The food was delicious, everything we ordered was all so good. We ordered the mini tacos with pastor and carne asada, sopes de carne asada, and pambazo with chorizo and papas (potatoes). The tacos were filled and had plenty of cilantro and onions. If you order you plate of tacos with “everything” it comes with pickled cauliflower, carrots, and grilled green onion bulbs (yumm). The sopes were on point, the masa was perfectly light and crispy not thick and doughy or dry, perfectly layered with refried beans the meat of choice and then perfectly dressed with lettuce chopped tomatoes, Mexican crema and queso fresco. The pambazo was a sandwich that had soft chopped potatoes mixed with chorizo layered with lettuce, crema and queso fresco the bread was perfectly toasted. Everything had great flavor. Not to mention they have 3 different kinds of salsas and they were all flavorful and 1 with really good spicy spice. They also had aguas frescas. The establishment is *CASH ONLY* so make sure you have cash on hand.“
“I come from Cali so good Mexican food is hard to find here in TX but Tejas Birria is spot on with their birria! Tried it for the first time to cure my hangover and it did the job. Definitely coming back whenever I'm craving some fire birria“
