“My kiddo and I were diving at Canyon Lake Saturday and Sunday mornings this weekend so we opted to grab a breakfast taco on the way. Rico's is in a perfect pull-off-the-highway-grab-tacos-and-go location on 281 northbound so we swung in on Saturday and grabbed a couple of good tacos on fresh tortillas. I noted that the door listed them as open on Sunday in case the tacos were worth a repeat, great! Tacos were good so the plan for Sunday was the same. Unfortunately, when we swung off the highway Sunday morning I saw a conspicuously empty parking lot, which was not the case on Saturday morning. Drove up to the door, sure enough, dark and empty inside, and sure enough, the door did say they were open Sundays.Oh well, we went another exit closer to CL and got tacos there (also good). The tacos at Rico's were solid, I would get them again, just not on a Sunday :)“
“Jonah was our server tonight, absolutely fantastic friendly and welcoming. Answered every question, got our demands (well food, drink orders and misc like straws) immediately or as soon as possible (bar was busy steak was late however one of the best I've had) made jokes and had fun was timely and also allowed us time to enjoy our meal while also being observant and attentive have not been to a Chili's in a while however this night will be forever remembered and appreciated due to this young man, great work Jonah keep up the amazing service and you'll go very far in the hospitality industry. “Quick and easy taco shop off the main road. Parking can be a little tight during the morning rush, but the food is well worth it. Most of the tacos are ready made and the main dishes are served in large filling portions. Highly recommend the carne asada in green chile tacos.“
“We were hungry but didn't have a lot of time so we sat at the bar. The guy working behind the bar told us the kitchen could get us our food quickly so we both got grilled shrimp tacos. They were absolutely amazing. Add the green sauce and it's even better. We were in and out in 25 minutes. Great service, clean restaurant, delicious food. Even the water tasted good. Will be back soon for sure.“
“Well, the food is good but the service from Jocelyn was bad, first, she took a little too long to come at the table and ask us for the drinks and the food was a little longer way but we understand that almost every restaurant is short of staff. My situation was Jocelyn our waitress time we asked for dessert it was 7 of us, okay we asked for sopapillas for 4 and also asked for flan and 2 churros. She came back and told us, not churros we asked for two more sopapillas like a waitress took 25 minutes to bring the dessert and had 4 plates of sopapillas each had 6. Imagine our faces Jocelyn's explanation was we asked for four and 2 more they came like that and never told us the sopapillas would be 6 each at begin we order. Jocelyn next time us your brain.“

Arturo was easy to work with, communicative, helpful with guidance on food choices, etc. food was delivered on time and to correct location and fresh. A+ 10/10. Would highly recommend for any party needs.Ps. Order WAY more queso than you think you might need. Was the highlight of the meal.“
“Was not too happy about getting a To Go drink and being charged almost $2.00!!! If you go through the Drive Thru and get a drink, do they get charged, too?? I got the lunch special that was $9.99, with a To go cup and an extra drink to go and the bill was over $18!!! Guess I will start bringing my own cup!“

“We recently visited this El Chappelle location, having been loyal fans of the Helotes spot for years. It's inevitable to draw comparisons, but overall, the experience was solid.The food delivered the familiar flavors we know and love. Everything on the Valerie Special - [1 cheese enchilada with chilli con carne, fajitas, rice and refried beans] tasted exactly like the Helotes version. My molé enchiladas and sides were equally consistent, with the exception of the molé sauce. While it differed from the Helotes recipe, I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't quite as spicy, but still delicious. While the food hit the spot, the atmosphere fell short.The seating arrangement and decor lacked the same vibe as the Helotes location. Personally, I didn't like it. Despite that, I wouldn't hesitate to return if had a hankering desire for molé in the area.“
“The food was delicious. I ordered a Mexican Martini with Casaamiga tequila. The menu stated it was about $17.00. The check had $35.00. WOW! The wait staff said it was because I ordered the tequila- The would have been nice to know, instead of the surprise AFTER I drank it.“
