“Although the parking is extremely limited I beg you to disregard that and enter this fabulous space. The decor reminds me of a quiet bistro. No music, no TVs! Upon entering you see the open kitchen at the far end. The decor is minimalist but still lovely. The bathroom is pristine! I just could not decide what I wanted to order so I chose the Carrot/Ginger Soup and Red Bell Pepper Tartare. Once my food started arriving I knew this was a restaurant I would be visiting often, at least to give everything on the menu a go. I rarely take photos of my food but these menu items were so spectacularly perfect I could not help taking the photos so I could continue to enjoy thinking about what I ate. Onto my meal: The Carrot/Ginger was wonderful. Lush and smooth it was beautifully prepared. It is the only soup on the menu but it was a stand out. Next let me tell you about the tartare: I have enjoyed many tartares in my time, be it steak, salmon or numerous other ingredients but I had never had a vegetable tartare. This was wonderfully presented and scooping up mouthfuls with the crispy lavash was great. Very flavorful. Lastly, I generally do not order sweets because as the name suggests they are sweet. The Canelé de Bordeaux was the perfect little bite. Not overly sweet but again a beautiful little treat. We should gather together, hire a bus and come here to relax, eat wonderfully prepared and presented food and just discuss all we are eating! Who's with me on this?“
“I've come here so many times: dinner, brunch, weekends and even a weeknight! Each time has been on the money. I decided to take my two kids, young teens, to have a higher-end dining experience. We had a noon reservation and were able to take advantage of brunch and lunch. We ordered a pastry of the day, which was a blueberry danish. It was warm and flaky, and the filling was authentic and not too sweet. My son ordered the classic breakfast and said the eggs and bacon plus potatoes were delicious. My daughter and I ordered the house salad and the pizza rustica. It was packed with sopressata, pepperoni and sausage and the mozzarella and sauce had a nice balance. The crust was perfectly raised with help from the wood-fired oven. Even my son got in on the pizza. The outdoor seating was the right choice on this beautiful springlike day. They had a great time and enjoyed the food. Service was excellent, and thank goodness I had made an RSVP because the waitress was able to contact me when I left my credit card. “

“The food is AMAZING. Tried wings, chips and queso, a bacon cheese burger, pastrami sandwich and a Philly cheesesteak. The two sandwiches were SO good. Restrooms, propane heaters outside, a cool fish pond. The top top out of the atmosphere is the restauraunt right next store. Its all connected together its called sabretooth. They close early is the only issue but it makes sense since most of their food is made by chefs.“

“My favorite dish is a green chile cheeseburger. I'm New Mexican and I'm an expert. I literally live where green chile is grown and I've been eating it all my life. So I search for who brags to have the best green chile cheeseburger and I saw people talking about this place. I scoffed because it's Texas. What do they know about green chile. I was wrong. Not only was this an excellent green chile cheeseburger, but it was the best one I've ever had. Everything was super fresh from the crisp lettuce and cold tomatoes and onion, soft roll, well season beef cooked to perfection, melty cheese and the green chile was spicy w a wonderful roasted flavor. I'd also like to add how fantastic the fries were. They were crinkle cut seasoned fries, crispy on the outside and steamy, pillowy soft on the inside. Portions were generous, too. Yea, it's a bar, but the ambiance is friendly. There were a few kids eating with their parents and even though there was music playing from a jukebox, it was quiet enough to speak to my friendly waitress in a normal voice. I asked her to put some baseball on the tv and she was more than accommodating. Can't stop telling my friends. Can't wait to go back.“

“My wife and I try and visit the Havana Bar every Friday to listen to the entertainment (Jack) from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, we really enjoy listening to all of our favorite oldies. The country band West Texas takes over at 9pm and they sound great. The service and food is great as well. Good Times and not $$$ on our budget, we are both retired. Everyone should try it out.“
