“I have always wanted to try prof and press since being back in town. We went on a Tuesday night, aside from a couple of people at the bar, we were the only ones there. Jonathan, our server and bartender, greeted us right away. He was amazing. They have plenty of drinks on the menu but I asked him to surprise me with anything of his choosing. He ended up serving me amazing drinks that weren’t on the menu. He is very talented and gave us great service. As far as the food, we wanted to try the flatbreads. We did have an incident were one of the flatbreads fell to the floor and they were so kind and replaced it for us. Even if it was our fault. They handled the situation great and we appreciated them. The only negative I have from this place was the restroom, they are not as clean as I would like them to be, you can see they aren’t clean even with the dark lighting they have. Aside from that, I would go back to proof and press again and try more of their cocktails ?Parking: Tons of parking“

“I’ve been a recent on and off regular here bu when I first got back in town , this was the first (out of the several places in the area) that was welcoming and best service I’ve had in a long time. It was then and has since been, no doubt the best part and way to end my day with good people that enjoy a few drinks and my regular bartender who is without a doubt the most friendly, welcoming, and attentive employee they have, Ms. Roni, thank you so much for being probably one of, if not the best part of the experience there!!“

“Great experience! We ordered fish and shrimp tacos, calamari and shrimp ceviche. It was all very good and I don’t really like seafood, but this little place was excellent! We got there just in time to get a table (1pm) as it quickly filled and people waiting outside to be seated. Service was great! We got our food quickly. The entire wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! We will be back!“

“I had never been to El Paso at all before. Took a chance on this place, and it also happened to be my first date. It felt nice to walk in, not too casual, not too fancy. Had the BBQ chicken sandwich, and I've never had this dish executed so well anywhere else. Yes, the food is a tad more on the expensive side, but not unreasonably so, and the food quality makes it worth it. Would go again if I ever went back to that part of El Paso.“
