“Went for evening snacks, which turned out to be a dinner. I was there with my niece, her husband my missis and grand kids.
It was a lovely experience .
Place is small, but,
neat ,clean and with a homely ambiance.
Had uthappam. Chicken tikka, and plenty of Fritters.
Thanks to all of the staff, for a good experience with an Indian Restaurant.
The food was made really well, the coffee was very good.
The staff were friendly and courteous.“

“The mutton biryani was flavorful, chicken biryani was good. The chicken kebabs and andhra chilli chicken are the best. The kokum sherbet had me reminiscing about the summer vacation to my uncle's home in vaibhavwadi. The food is authentic badoota, outside mysuru. oota sakath aagide guru. The portions are good. Fresh ingredient are used. The chef deserves the compliments, for recreating the naati flavors of mysuru in Texas.
Kid-friendliness: Except the andhra chilli chicken, the food is not spicy. Good for kids.“

“Absolutely fantastic food - their biryani is one of the best we had in ages. Chicken Mughlai, Palak Paneer were equally tasty, so were the Gobi Chilli. On the dessert front - Gajjar halwa was heavenly. Their service is great and their staff are friendly and strive to please.“

“Yesterday, we purchased Kerala non veg meals, Pothichoru and Karimeen Pollichathu—and the taste was absolutely delightful. The flavors were so exceptional and fresh that we were thoroughly impressed. Without a doubt, we will definitely return whenever we feel the urge to enjoy authentic Kerala cuisine.“

“Amazing food and even more amazing service!!! We ordered parotta, puri, chicken curry and beef roast. Every single item was QUALITY. Seriously, even down to the cilantro was simply quality. {insert chef’s kiss} They said it would take about 15 mins, it was ready in 12. We had chaiya and ethika uppum (fried plantain) to end the meal and OH. EM. GEE. sooo fresh & delicious. This is a MUST STOP in Carrollton! My husband can be pretty picky with his Kerala food and chaiya, and he just wouldn’t stop raving about it all!“

“Ordered the chicken pakoda and samosa, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! First off, the food was incredibly fresh and piping hot, straight from stove.
What truly stood out, though, was their exceptional customer service. We stopped by for a late-night snack after 10 pm, a time when their system usually only offers the main course menu. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we could still enjoy the starters we were craving. Their “customer first” attitude really made our experience memorable.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and a wonderful time. You won’t be disappointed!“

“This Indian restaurant is a hidden gem in Dallas TX. Located inside the Indo-Pak Supermarket at Carrleton, it is owned and operated by the same grocery store. The restaurant is simple yet pleasant with ample seating options (about 30 I would guess). They have a big menu with options ranging from Biryani to Kebabs, and even non-veg options. To top it off they have free water which I always appreciate! And Indian milk tea. What I found surprising is how affordable their items are and the quality served is huge! I have been to 5-6 other restaurants in Richardson, Plano, and Carrelton, and this restaurant tops all other I have been to in terms of food quality and price ratio. This is why this is a hidden gem! Their food was of course very good and I loved it but nothing exceptional. I ordered their special for the day which was Chicken Kharahi. This comes with a big peice of Naan and 6-7 pieces of Chicken with mouth watering gravy! The Naan was served fresh and the chicken karahi was excellent. We also ordered two prices of Samosa (also called Shingara in Bangladesh), and Shami Kabab. Both items were reasonably priced and very tasty! You can also get free sauces if you dine in. The green sauce was exceptional! We finished it off with tea as we always do whenever we visit an Indian restaurant. Overall I really loved my experience in this restaurant.“

“I have tried a few, if not all, Indo pak restaurants in the DFW area and by far this restaurant has the best food in terms of taste and quality. The ambience and atmosphere is good too. So it is definitely worth giving a try. And for me this is going to be the go to restaurant for Indian food. Mutton biryani is a must try!“

“Bay Leaf Garden offers a delightful culinary journey through Kerala cuisine at very affordable prices. I recently had the pleasure of trying a variety of dishes including tandoori chicken, shrimp varuval, chicken cutlet, aapam, egg roast, and goat biryani, and I must say, most of the items left a lasting impression with their incredible flavors. While the flavors are exceptional, serving the food a little hotter would elevate the customer experience. Currently, the dishes are served at room temperature, which detracts slightly from their overall enjoyment.“

“GOD bless the owner of this place! ? About a 2 yrs ago we crossed paths near New Years. This amazing human offered to help my family when we couldn't help ourselves. He not only offered employment, but to be honest I think he is an angle that was sent by God to protect me from darkness. I could sense Something extremely strong and powerful from his aura. I really appreciate the insight on how to follow your dreams in the food industry. Your story was extremely inspirational and Im forever thankful for that. Wish you many blessings my friend ?“

“We ordered Chole bhature, samosa and Vada pav and sweet pan for to go. The taste wise food is fabulous. Chole bhature is must try as not only the size is generous the taste is equally phenomenal. Chole is the best in Texas to go with a true North Indian taste. Samosa is with spicy filling but the star was the tamarind chutney to go with it. Vada pav was packed nicely everything separately to put together the Vada pav according to you liking of sweet and spicy chutney to make it extra spicy there was red chilli paste and sautéd green chilly to go an extra level of hotness to the Vada pav. In total good food to take out.
I agree to dine in ambience requires upgrade.
Fresh sweet pan was delicious and freshest.
Price wise it’s a fast food chain competitor.
Vegetarian options: Veg options are not clearly marked.“
“How a great b-day party we had today. Our favorite hookah, delicious wings and more. Great and friendly service. We will be back!!“
“We have worked with Nick several times on catering food and to host wedding events and he always exceeds expectations. Service and food is 10/10! He always gives such a generous quantity that even leaves us with leftovers for multiple days. I would highly recommend catering or hosting an event at Lal Quila“
