“That’s how you do breakfast!! From the bubbly hostess, to our waiter (Chris), to our food runner the service was EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone seem to really enjoy working there and it showed in their interaction with my youngest son and my self. The food and coffee were perfect. They just made a loyal costumer out of my family and me.Kid-friendliness: The wait staff and food runner took the time to say hello to my youngest (4). Great people.“
“This is the best breakfast place in College Station and here is why.Their Kolache breakfast sandwiches are consistently great. The sweet bread, the melting cheese and fresh egg to perfection. The family that runs it are always friendly and caring. We ran into them while my daughter was at the ER one time and the owner always asks about her anytime I am there. THEY CARE about their business and people of the community they serve. The family has their kids help out at the store and they are on par. I have never had a bad experience here in over 10 years. This place always makes my day better! This business is a true family owned business that each community needs.THE BEST.A MUST TRY FOR ANYONE VISITING COLLEGE STATION!“
“Ani gave some of the best guest service I have ever had. She is warm, welcoming, and hilarious. She was also very attentive to my needs. She made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend. Ani made my experience at The Toasted Yolk a lovely memory. Next time I go I am definitely requesting her again as my waitress. She deserves a raise!“
“The manager, Tap, helped out my group of 40 people (we had our own seating area) and his staff went above and beyond. Thank you again for helping our group out and food was great! Will be coming back to this location next time we're in College Station!“
“Perfect breakfast/lunch spot right off the main drag near campus. Large parking lot, spacious inside seating and the staff was super friendly. My favorite part was the menu, lots of options across the board from healthy chia seed puddings to a burger. I got the chia pudding bowl with their homemade granola, fresh fruit, and almond butter toast which was all yummy. A little pricey for what you get but enjoyed my meal overall. Their drink menu was great too. I chose a fresh juice which was delicious!“
“Found Stella Southern Cafe on Maps researching BCS dining options I wanted to try while in the area. The Mrs and I were out in the greater CS area after the Bryan farmers market and looking for brunch options. They were pretty busy when we arrived as the line was several groups deep... but the staff moved pretty efficiently and we were up in no time.I got the Southern Benedict with a side of grits. The Mrs got the chicken and biscuit French toast(?), which wasn't. Better described as drop biscuits or Johnny cakes, but definitely NOT French toast.Clearly lots of scratch made and a likely option next time we're wanting breakfast or brunch.“
