“UPDATE: the very next day after this incident happened, we received a call first thing in the morning from the main office. They were extremely apologetic about what happened the previous day and went above and beyond to make it right. I can say that my opinion of this place has been changed, and we look forward working with them again in the future. I’m amending my star review because it’s clear that this company cares about service and this incident was a one-off.We hired this food truck for an event, with a 3-3:30 arrival time, service for 4-7pm for 100+ people. At 3:55, we had to call and find out why they had not arrived. They said at 3pm they discovered that their generator wasn't working and that they were trying to find a new one. We understood, and gave them a bit more time to locate one and show up. At 4:20, after guests started arriving, after not hearing from them, we had to call them back, and they offered to bring us food for our event but not a truck. Not ideal, but okay. I ordered 90 entrees, and said "can you be here in an hour?" And I was told yes, they would be here in an hour. At 6:20, after multiple calls and "we will be there in 20 minutes" type answers, we still had no food, and luckily our other food truck (Raging Bull) that we had hired did a great job serving all of our guests. We called them back and said the event was wrapping up, and we didn't need the food. Their driver showed up, and "didn't speak English" and started unloading containers of food. We said, no we didn't want the food, and we didn't want to be charged, the event was wrapping up. After getting the main guy back on the phone, he was VERY upset with us (!! Really??) for "not telling him we didn't want the food". Um, no sir, you didn't show up with the food at the agreed upon time, that is, NEITHER OF THE AGREED UPON TIMES. Nor did you communicate with us in a timely manner. He then proceeded to send my assistant (who worked diligently with them prior to confirm the event and make sure all expectations were known) texts saying "thanks for wasting our food". That's 3 strikes sir. You didn't deliver and we tried to give you chances. Will not be booking this food truck again.“
“Great service and great sandwiches! We ordered a large catering order for work. Dan delivered our sandwiches early since it was a game day so they didn't chance it being late. He also labeled everything so it was easy to get everyone the sandwich they ordered. Dan was super friendly and helpful, we will definitely order again!“

“This is the first time I've ever had a Jersey Mike's sub. The employee was so sweet giving me suggestions of their best hot subs. I chose the Philly Cheese Steak sub and Ohhhhh, my goodness it was still hot and fresh when I got home. The rosemary bread was wonderful, and it was loaded with meat, peppers, and onions, and the cheese was so oooey gooey good. I loved it. No pun intended, but it was like Subway. Who? ? I totally recommend Jersey Mike's!!!!“

“Right across the street from campus, it's an easy walk. I ordered the combo, where you get a "skinny" sandwich and a soup for $9.99. Even though it said "skinny" sandwich, it was larger than I thought and enough food. The place has big windows that let a lot of natural light in and was easily the most or one of the most clean food places near campus. Music was quiet and nice, the staff were kind, and the food was pretty good. Overall it was a great experience, would love to come back.“

I remember when they used to be all over Houston, but sadly didn’t make the cut for H-Town cuisine. I told Genesis, “That I haven’t had Fazoli’s since 2021 in Savannah, GA and really enjoyed the meal.” However, if you enjoy eating an hearty hot meal they need more patronage from the local community. “Having lived in Philadelphia, I know what a great cheesesteak is supposed to be. Even though Charleys is kinda fast food style, it's probably the closest thing you will find to a real Philadelphia Cheesesteak place here in Texas. I like this location at the post oak mall because the staff is genuine and fast. The convenience of ordering via the app is another perk- and often my order is ready within 5 min of placing it. The rewards you get through the app are fantastic, and make every visit that much better and worth it. The only downside to this location is that it IS in the mall. However, they also offer delivery for a fee if you don't want to go inside. The menu items include the cheesesteaks but also sandwiches and different kinds of loaded fries. Everything I've tried here has been good (always get the peach lemonade!!), with the exception of the new garlic parmesan fries... they are a bit oily and not as cheesy and garlicky as I had hoped.“
“I’m a doordash driver, so while I cannot speak to the food (as I haven’t really eaten here), I have to speak on my experience with the staff here tonight.This weekend is Chili Fest, which has been an absolute nightmare for pretty much any food industry employee in the area. I delivered three different orders for this Cane’s tonight, and was beyond impressed with the team.When I came in, there were literally dozens of customers in the store, with almost all of them being college-aged kids who were *literally screaming*, rearranging the chairs, running back and forth, blocking the line, not listening for their order, and otherwise being generally terrible. Despite all of this, the staff were kind, communicative, and thorough. Not to mention the absolute volume of orders they were cranking out. From the people at the registers, to the people making food, to everyone working the drive through, this team works as a well-oiled machine. This was the kind of night that would’ve sent other establishments crumbling (as a former northgate bar back, I’ve seen it happen).Additionally, as someone who is hearing impaired and was seriously struggling in the beyond-loud environment, every single staff member came together to make sure I had the ability to do my job. I was so nervous when I walked in because I wasn’t sure how I’d possibly be able to place the orders and hear them called out, but the employees showed up every step of the way without so much as batting an eye. I was seriously teary-eyed by the time I got to my car because it could’ve gone so badly for me but didn’t.This team is comprised of kind, compassionate, dedicated employees who were willing to help a stranger without a second thought. They’re good at their jobs, but they’re also just good people. “It seems that shrinkflation hits taco bell. Prices up, less fillings.....makes for a meh experience. You buy $50 worth of food and when you get it home, you realize that you got about $10 worth of stuff. Nothing like eating a crunch wrap with a teaspoon of meat and not much else. This is the best taco bell in college station, which isn't saying a lot. College station is the land of over priced food and not much else“
