“To start, the food is phenomenal every time. Never had a single bite that didn’t make me look like I was a commercial actor over-enjoying the food for the camera. Eyes rolling back and all! Service is quick and the staff is very kind. The owners are some of the best business owners i’ve ever met, truly care about the customers and pride themselves on running a great and friendly restaurant! Extremely awesome and kind, I regularly recommend them to customers at my work and have even had some come back to thank me for doing so! Amazing quality, care in sandwich building, and most consistently fresh ingredients i’ve ever experienced at a sandwich-style place! Due to work hours I mostly order delivery but when I’ve gone into the store the service has always been impeccable. A++ 11/10 3 thumbs up, they’re wonderful!“
“So glad we stopped in to try something new. The restaurant was clean, everyone was friendly, the food was hot and oh so good! I was expecting just another chicken tender place, but was pleasantly surprised by the options. I ended up having the Urban Fries. A half order was the perfect amount, but I easily could have eaten a full order; it was that good. I'm sure Urban Bird will be in my "regular rotation." It will have to be because there are several other menu items that I want to try!“
“I’m a doordash driver, so while I cannot speak to the food (as I haven’t really eaten here), I have to speak on my experience with the staff here tonight.This weekend is Chili Fest, which has been an absolute nightmare for pretty much any food industry employee in the area. I delivered three different orders for this Cane’s tonight, and was beyond impressed with the team.When I came in, there were literally dozens of customers in the store, with almost all of them being college-aged kids who were *literally screaming*, rearranging the chairs, running back and forth, blocking the line, not listening for their order, and otherwise being generally terrible. Despite all of this, the staff were kind, communicative, and thorough. Not to mention the absolute volume of orders they were cranking out. From the people at the registers, to the people making food, to everyone working the drive through, this team works as a well-oiled machine. This was the kind of night that would’ve sent other establishments crumbling (as a former northgate bar back, I’ve seen it happen).Additionally, as someone who is hearing impaired and was seriously struggling in the beyond-loud environment, every single staff member came together to make sure I had the ability to do my job. I was so nervous when I walked in because I wasn’t sure how I’d possibly be able to place the orders and hear them called out, but the employees showed up every step of the way without so much as batting an eye. I was seriously teary-eyed by the time I got to my car because it could’ve gone so badly for me but didn’t.This team is comprised of kind, compassionate, dedicated employees who were willing to help a stranger without a second thought. They’re good at their jobs, but they’re also just good people. I wanted to leave a review in hopes that maybe a manager and/or the team would see what a big difference they made for someone tonight.Thank y’all for being wonderful humans. ?“
“Asia was an amazing server she walked me through the menu and the difference between each level of spice it was such an amazing experience definitely would recommend the chicken was fresh the fries were fresh best over all experience I’ve had in Bryan college station can’t forget how good the Dave’s sauce was 10 out of 10“
