Lamar Park location…this was our favorite breakfast spot, but here lately it has gone downhill. Today, they served my Cheesy BEATS ice cold. I asked them to heat it up which they did, but when I started eating it there was a piece of undercooked bacon on my plate which I could not see the first time because it was underneath eggs. I’m sorry but that is so wrong on so many levels. Also, it is not busy like it normally is!
BEST breakfast, delicious homemade French toast! Unbelievable assortment of yummy baked pastries. Wonderful service and the coffee was top notch!!!
Ive always loved Hester’s. Fresh, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere and great customer service. Today when I received my dish it looked amazing as usual however, after one bite I realized it had an allergic reaction. I was so impressed by the way the staff handled the situation. It wasn’t their fault, I didn’t realize this dish had this ingredient and I didn’t ask. It was totally on me, but they were so kind and apologetic.
