Sidel (sp ?) did an exceptional job preparing our meals on Monday and Bren did the same exceptional job on Tuesday. In addition, I called on the phone and Bren answered all of my questions. Saw how the 'corn master at work', the corn was being roasted by the cob and then quickly shucked and shaved off to be filled by the cupful. Never tried this, so followed the buyer before to add condiments (mayo, sour cream, butter, spices) that were provided in the side of truck. The food was amazing ! I often go for green salsa but their red salsa had me almost go up to grab one more ! Another review hit the ambiance on the head. Cookinf breakfast is ideal but it doesnt always happen so sustenance is hit and miss. Every day we would drive right by this little food truck with flashing lights and we always saw construction workers there. So after 4 weeks we decided to stop and give them a try and Y'ALL we have been sleeping on a jewel. Great food truck location on 105! The food is delicious. The hot sauce is hot but not toooooo hot! Amazing price point, quick turn around on walk up orders, accepts call in orders for faster service, generous portions, and hot fresh food. This place is in the parking lot of a gas station so you can multitask while you wait. 6 tacos filled up 2 people for less than a fast food breakfast...waaaay less! So give them a try!“
