I ordered the Chocolate Chunk Brownie Blast and when I got it it was only the chocolate chunks and no brownies that I could see. So I had them redo it, but when I got the new one it looked the same with some more chocolate chunks. After that I talked to a manager and she told me that the brownie pieces were so small that they get mixed in and hidden by the chocolate chunks. I never tasted or saw the brownie pieces whatsoever so I ended up getting a refund. The employee was very nice and the manager was very helpful.

I waited on Stall #11 around 2:36pm for 15 minutes. I pushed the button multiples of time, but no response. It’s not that busy today. While waiting, I ate my snacks & made some calls to the manager, but no answer. I called Claudia, the district manager & she answered; she indicated that the PA system on Stall 11 was not working; It only takes 30 seconds to put sign on it. After eating my snacks & waiting 15 minutes, I lost my appetite & left. Today, they lost my business & burger place down the street will earn my business. You build business, one happy customer at a time!

This location of sonic is literally the worst one in Houston. food takes forever to come out, and whoever was the night closer on November 19th 2023, the girl had the WORST customer service ever just because they were closing. that experience was rude as hell. trash employees will be the death of this location.

Always takes 30 minutes to get a shake . Have not had service here that doesn't take 30 minutes in years . Been waiting for 25 minutes for a shake currently, with the driver next to me that was here when I got here complaining, but still neither of us have gotten our drink . There is no one else here . No one in drive threw . What are they doing ? The other person just left without food. I have a 30 minute break, and they have already wasted all of it and I have nothing to show . This sonic is a joke and should just close . It's insane .

I did a mobile order for a drink. But then decided I wanted something to eat as well. So I pushed the red button. They didn’t answer. Then thought maybe they thought I pushed it to ask about my previous order. So I moved stalls. Still no answer. Went to the drive through, still no answer. Remind you that I was the only car there. I had to place another mobile order for them to answer and bring my food

Pulled up to order and saw Sonic employees outside talking. One walked inside when I pulled up to the drive through; the other remained outside cleaning. I waited at the drive through for about 10 minutes, and no one took my order or acknowledged I was there.

went to this sonic today. ordered a total of 8 bucks and some change. Paid with a 20 got my change without a receipt... but it was only a dollar and some change, clearly They tried to pocket my 10. I went back to ask for my money they tried to pull the "do you have a receipt" knowing damn well they never gave me one. Smh definitely tried to keep my change, I suggest anyone who goes to this sonic make sure their change is accurate and they get their receipt. I hate I have to even give them 1 star

Last time I ordered it went off without a hitch (used the app). This time items were missing, I spoke to them about it and only received one instead of the two items I ordered. Wasn't worth asking about a second time so I just left. Will go to other locations first next time.
