“Dinner was delicious. We had the short rib pasta and the bolognese (our favorite). Bread pudding desert was a great finale. They have live piano music on Fri and Sat. Paco, our server, was friendly and excellent so you will be in good company if you get him. Restaurant is decorated nicely and tables were spaced appropriately. If you love Italian, you will be happy you came here.“
“Went to dinner on 4/6/24 and sat at the bar. Had the best pear martini and espresso martini and food.My partner and I shared the calamari and it was crispy and hot. I had the Avanti steak dish and he had the crab cakes. Both were incredible and filling. The best part was the service. Although busy, the bartender and manager on duty made great conversation and took care of us with complimentary dessert. Would love to be a regular if we lived in the city, but such a perfect dinner night for our first night in Dallas. 11 out of 10 stars ❤️“
“My wife and I came here for an evening date and the service, food and drinks were AMAZING! Esme took care of us she was very kind and endearing. We’d never been in before but Esme made us feel very warm and welcomed. We will be back! Thanks Esme!“
“I had the pleasure of coming in on my birthday a few months back. Have to say, the food is absolutely exquisite and the drinks are to die for. Would be such a delight to come back soon and try more! Recommended quite a few friends and every single one of them love it here!!“
“This place is sensational. They have really out-done themselves. Truely Delightful. The service (by Jeff) is exceptional and the sustainable environment is so comforting. I'm in owe of their polite effinciency. Gluten free options! Dairy free options! I Highly recommend.“
“This weekend was our first time trying Pizzana, we had it delivered. I would recommend eating at the store first of all, it is adorable and the pizzas taste best hot of the oven. There was a pizza missing from our delivery so called the store, Nicole the manager offered to drive one to us personally which was so kind but instead of taking her off the floor on a busy Friday night we ran up to pick up the missing pizza. Not only was I glad I got to see the shop in person so I know I want to come back, they were so kind and replaced our pizza and also added a dessert for the trouble. We ate the pizza on the way home he couldn’t help ourselves it smelled too good and seriously is great anytime but fresh out of the oven is exceptional. Cannot wait to go back, so grateful for the kind service with the delivery mix up.Ok but let’s talk about the food, we had a margarita and a pepperoni, the crust is perfect wood fired, soft but crunchy great sauce and love the little pepperonis! We also ordered a Caesar salad and I can’t tell you if I have ever written a review on Caesar salad, but this one deserves it. I don’t know what they do special with the dressing but it is one of the best I have ever had, also loved the softer croutons, crazy good salad, definitely add with your pizza!“
“5 stars are not enough! This is one of those rare places that transport you to another dimension and hit you right in the feels. Yes, I'm not exaggerating. The ambiance is electric, the servers are attentive and friendly, the bartenders are masters of their craft, and the piano man? Pure magic. Everyone here is so cool and genuine, you can tell their passion for creating an amazing experience is real. They don't just provide service, they create memories.“
“We had our anniversary dinner here and enjoyed every minute of it from the start we felt welcomed and every one was super nice great service and food, we will definitely be returning and sharing this place with our friends if your thinking of coming here for your event or just a great dinner you won't regret it.“
“We went here for our second wedding anniversary while visiting Dallas. The food was four stars alone but the staff and ambiance made this a five star experience. We felt so special and well taken care of and were able to enjoy our meal in a relaxed manner. None of the staff had name tags otherwise I would name them all. The lady at the hostess station was very welcoming and wished us a happy anniversary as soon as we stepped in the door and again as we were leaving. The male waiter (I believe he was gay) was super friendly and stopped by our table to compliment my tattoos. Our waiter was an older Italian gentleman who was very attentive and went out of his way to explain the menu and make sure we had everything we needed. The male bartender stopped by our table personally to ask how I liked my espresso martini (which was hands down one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had). The fresh bread was yummy and the Cesar salads were very fresh and had homemade croutons. My lobster bisque was so good, creamy, and full of flavor. My husband got the meatball appetizer which was almost an entree in and of itself as it came with pasta too. The meatballs were definitely homemade and were full of flavor but were super crumbly and kept falling apart. My lasagna was amazing and my husband said the beef ravioli was good too. We were totally stuffed after our entrees but the wait staff brought out a complimentary piece of bread pudding that was served with vanilla ice-cream, caramel sauce and fresh strawberries to celebrate or anniversary. It was some of the best bread pudding I've had. We then got cannoli and tiramisu to go which we enjoyed the next day. When we opened the to go containers we were pleasantly surprised to see that great effort had been put into the presentation of even the to go desserts. I'm a big believer that you eat with your eyes first and that was a great treat the next day. The cannolis were large and had amazing flavor and my husband said his tiramisu was very good as well. We hope to be back the next time we are in town.“
“Great place for a date... you can get a table, sit at the bar, or snag a leather couch or loveseat if you want more privacyThe music was perfect, loud enough to drown out neighboring conversations, soft enough to comfortably carry on your own conversation. Chill tunes from Bob Marley to flamencoGreat selection on wine too“
“My friend and I went to celebrate Valentine's Day together. Compared to their Lower Greenville location, I love the size and ambiance of this location! Our waitress was great and the food tasted amazing! Don't get me started about their cocktail and special shots... they were delicious!! Definitely will consider coming again!“
“Let me start with this; if you haven't been here then go right away. One of the most beautiful, peaceful and lovely places in Dallas. This place is mainly a chocolate place. However, they have award winning drinks (such as hot chocolate, that comes in different flavors). Now back to the chocolate... it's the closest thing you will get to Switzerland, and the designs are incredible and artistic (see the photos) Their chocolate is fresh and home made right there in site. The service is very welcoming and warm. If you appreciate chocolate drinks or chocolate, or a European feel. This will be your new favorite place.“
“We finally made it out (a few weeks ago - I’ve been on the road & didn’t get to this) to our local favorite chef, Luke Rogers restaurant, ‘Beckley 1115’. Extremely proud of his accomplishments! This is a hidden gem & worth the visit. If you were lucky enough to taste his food while he was at the, ‘Cathedral Italian Bistro’ (Plano), you will be in for a treat! Beckley is a comfortable small (currently serving wine, but have applied for full liquor license) eclectic experience, with full focus on quality ingredients & mindfulness on the food/flavor. ❤️(heads up- name change in the works)Next time you are in Dallas for an event, or live in the vicinity, go give it a try! BTW, they have a nice wrap around patio too??“
“Fantastic, funky neighborhood spot with a simple yet delicious menu. We had the focaccia and the deviled eggs to start, then shared the filet au poivre and lemon caper chicken. The chicken was a bit more dredged & fried than I was expecting but delicious nonetheless. We will absolutely be coming back.Parking: There were limited spots out front and was hard to tell what was an actual spot or not, so just head to the back lot and you can enter the restaurant through the back patio.“
“Came as a group of 6 gal pals last Friday night. Mario took great care of us and the manager stopped by twice to make sure we were taken care of and having a nice time. We all enjoyed our pastas, salads, and wine, and an added bonus..they split the bill for us by person (including the salads we shared), which is rare in Dallas.“
“We went to Sevy’s for the first time this weekend (4/24) and really enjoyed it! It has a lovely upscale ambiance but casual, family demeanor. We didn’t sit outside, but they have an awesome covered patio that we’ll try out next time. Our server Brandon was wonderful, attentive without making us feel rushed, as so many other establishments do lately. I really appreciated that there wasn’t a time limit associated with our reservation like other places are doing. We were celebrating birthdays and had rose petals and golf tees on our table, and 2 comped desserts! The food was great, and we had a wonderful time!“
“A hip Oak Cliff version of Cheers! Filled with regulars - I mean a generous happy hour from 3-6 M-F - fab front porch and patio that encourages relax and reboot from whatever ails you.Varied menu w a Taco focus. My fav? The tacos and a bottle of wine combo. I mean - why not?! And all the while you are surrounded by a happy people connecting contentedly hummmmmm. The best of vibes.“
“This was our first time at Kostas and we will be back! Donna was our server and she went above and beyond for us. There was live music and the place has such a cute, quaint atmosphere. The food was incredible and the deserts were even better! We had the Greek combo and it was plenty to split between the two of us.“
“Partenope Ristorante in Dallas, Texas is a must-visit Italian gem. From mouthwatering pizzas to delectable pasta dishes, every bite is a culinary delight. The warm and inviting ambiance adds to the overall experience, making it the perfect spot for a cozy meal with friends or a romantic dinner. Given its popularity, I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you secure a table at this bustling eatery. Whether you're a local or just passing through Dallas, Partenope Ristorante promises an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you craving more.Parking: You might be able to find free parking spaces, but your best bet is to get paid parking which is cheap. It’s like a dollar an hour.“
“We had an outstanding experience dining there. The manager and staff were able to accommodate us in their outdoor patio besides the fact that they had that area closed that day because of a storm that was expected to hit and never did. The food flavors were great and the in house bread was to die for. The area if quiet and perfect to walk around after dinner. We loved it!“
“I had a great time at Postino Bar recently. They have so many different and interesting wines to try. The best part? On weekdays, you can get a bottle of wine and a bunch of snacks for just $25. Staff were really professional, and they helped us pick out some great wines. It was super helpful and made our night even better. They also have a few kinds of sandwiches and salad, and all are delicious. It's located in a very convenient and charming place. I will definitely go back to take advantage of the super huge deal on weekdays.“
“Tina's Continental is a whole VIBE. From delicious (and strong) martinis and other cocktails to the unique bar mix to the obscure movies on the TVs, Tina's has pretty much everything you'd look for in an upscale cocktail bar experience. They get bonus points because my fiancé and I reached out to inquire about shooting our engagement photo session there, and Travis and the entire team went out of their way to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated.Highly recommend Tina's to anyone looking for a great spot for happy hour, after dinner drinks, or a fun date night.“
“One of my absolute favorite places, and one of the few good tapas places in the DFW area. The service is always fantastic and the food never fails to impress. They have a great outdoor patio that's perfect for an afternoon of drinking and eating. I'd highly recommend Barcelona.Parking: Parking can be tricky but they have a valet and you can park many places on the street for free if you're ok walking a bit.Kid-friendliness: They allow kids even though it doesn't seem like it.“
“This is the place TO GO! The fact that Ricardo still sat as down and served us and made sure we got our food and a glass of wine after showing up at closing hours was amazing! There was a confusion on open table and their end with my reservation which is why we showed up at closing time without knowing. But we were still very grateful we were still attended after showing Ricardo my email of my reservation at 9:45pm. We will definitely be back and food was good too. They treat you like if you went to visit a family member and made you feel at home. Great service. Thank you very much Ricardo. ??“
“Vibe is so chill here. Got a flight of beers for an amazing price and each one was super flavorful! The bartender at the time knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t disappoint. He knows his beers like the back of his hands and I look forward to trying to food soon!“
“I went here with my boyfriend on a Saturday for brunch, and Justice made the experience so wonderful. She is a very attentive server that made us feel so special. Definitely ask for Justice as your server as she will make your brunch 1000 times better.“
“Reached out for a reservation for a friend's send off and because of the size, we had to get a private room. Luckily, the minimum spend wasn't too crazy and the planning was easy with Megan!Service was top notch in the restaurant as well and the atmosphere was fitting, but since we were in a private room, we couldn't see the rest of the place.Only reason I am giving a 4 star is the value didn't seem to be the best and my cowboy ribeye was under seasoned quite a bit. However, I asked all of my friends who got a steak and theirs were delicious. Mine was on the thicker side, so maybe that was the difference (like using the same amount of salt as the others?).I did love how the appetizers and desserts could scale with our table, and all the food came in together mostly!I would definitely come again from this experience and try again.“
“Truly everything from service, to ambiance, to the food/wine to the music- everything was such a VIBE! Would definitely come here again. We popped in here because we had a 30 minute waitlist for our dinner spot around the corner, and we are so glad we came here. Perfect spot for date night, the owner definitely knows what she’s doing with this place. Perfect spot for an intimate time with your loved one or a girls day/night out! The marinated olives with white wine was a divine combination. The charcuterie board was delicious, simple yet intricate.Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating“
“We have been going to Times Ten for many years and this past weekend hosted our daughter’s pre-wedding reception there for 60 guests. It was a perfectly executed event. Times Ten catered the event, and the food was both delicious snd artully displayed. The wines and the bar service were great. The advice I received from Stephanie prior to the event was spot on. Could not have asked for a more wonderful event!! Thanks x 10!“
“Great little local spot! Wonderful Food! Wonderful Staff. Great Happy Hour prices. I would avoid the Lobster Mac And Cheese there was not lobster in my bowl and it was way to cheesy, if that's possible. Great flat bread pizzas Also be careful of live music nights if they are playing inside you can't hear the people ate your table. Wonderful Patio I would say go check it out you won't be sorry. Enjoy“
“Food service and Drinks were awesome. Ceviche was so fresh and the sauce it was made in was perfectly spicy plus a hint of lime flavor, the Micheladas were large and flavorful. Smaller place but is very clean and can accommodate a smaller party. Authentic!“
“The pasta is so good here. This is one of my favorite spots for pasta for sure. I’ve been 3-4 times. I’ve had rigatoni bolognese and penne with tomato sauce. So delicious.I’ve been to a lot of Italian spots in Dallas. This one is definitely worth trying, trust me.This is the downtown location, which is also a market to buy Italian items at, plus tables for dine in! The Bishop Arts location (haven’t been) is larger and an Italian grocery store with sit down for dine in.This is basically like an Eataly! But fun fact, CiboDivino was already here in Dallas before Eataly showed up in the city.“
“The service and food was very good. Portion size was good, but not if you are very hungry/young. I would say as an older adult, portions were good...see pictures.I had the chicken cordon blue, and the sauces and flavors....I cleaned every spec on the plate. My only nit, would be they took the time to mention the portion sizes......?♂️“
“One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The wines were out of this world, and carefully explained by the waitstaff. The food was fresh, very unique, and perfectly prepared. The proprietor and the waiters took time to warmly explain to us details of the menu and engage with us personally. It felt like being in someone’s home.“
“Easily the best place to have wine in Dallas. It’s great to bring non wine drinkers here because the selection has something for everyone, I can drink more eccentric options and don’t have to worry that my guests will feel left out. Best selection and prices hands down.“
“Every table was packed, but the wait for a table was less than 10 minutes. Our server was pleasant and attentive. We started with oyster nachos and we love them . We then had the fried seafood platter with coleslaw. IIt was a little noisy in a pleasant way!“
“Y’all! This place is authentic and so classic, everything was fantastic, there should be a line out the door to get in! The food was amazing, the service was great (very personable), and I loved the old school fine dining ambiance! If I live in Dallas (I live in Georgia) this would be a staple in our rotation for great meals!“
“BEST DRINK EVERRRRR! asked them to make me an espresso martini w/ tequila! Since they weren’t so busy, I asked for a favor! Asked them to add a lil strawberry and it’s seriously SO good! Taste like Valentine’s Day! 10/10 recommended! Best espresso martini with a twist I ever had!!!?“
“If you’re looking for a casual neighborhood wine bar, that attracts a diverse clientele, Wine Therapist is worth a visit. The lofted minimalistic design with communal tables and benches conjure an old English pub vibe. Similar to many venues in the area, a design revamp would go a long way, but still, a good time can be had by all. I’m not a wine snob, however I don’t believe true connoisseurs of wine or beer, will be impressed with the limited options, or prices. Why visit Wine Therapist? I love supporting local artist, and from Open Mic Mondays to varied musical artist throughout the week, there’s always something to enjoy, even a wine tasting area that’s great for parties (maybe there are different wine options during a tasting.) Parking is easy, and although they don’t serve food they allow orders from nearby venues. Hope to enjoy the arts with you at Wine Therapist soon! Xoxo Lorenzo!“
“Stoney and Diana have created a friendly and relaxing place to hear some great jazz. They have an extensive wine list, reasonably priced, and nice cheese boards, etc. Last night we got to hear Stoney sing a lovely version Moon River with a Henry Mancini tribute group.“
“I eat dinner in this area all the time, and I can’t believe I missed this place. This is one of the rare times I ate an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert, and completely finished it without taking any leftovers, it was that good. My server was Elena and she was purely lovely. Knowledgeable, friendly, and great attention to detail. Definitely coming back, enjoy the photos. You’ll have to figure out what they are yourself when you dine in.“
