So, first off... the snow cones are great - definitely 5 stars for an ice cup of artificially colored sugar syrup. I'd go back for another.But stars have been deducted because we waited quite literally an hour to receive our 2 snow cones. Idk what the hold up was, or if it was just the day/time we went (Saturday at 3:30). Maybe they hand chisel the ice or bless each cup individually... Maybe their system was down... If there's a line you might have to wait but it is with it! Everything we got was so yummy! I got the Diablito and loved it. My son loved his mix of coconut and tigers blood. They also put the cups in a bigger one because they are packed in so high! Definitely will be going back next time we are in Denton!

This is probably the best-shaved ice I've ever had. They added this sour syrup to their shaved ice that blew me away. I love Sour but that amped it up to such a degree. My children all love this place as well. 100% recommend when they are open
