“A true home grown Texas family owned, operated Barbeque nestled in the heart of Edinburg, Texas. This little unassuming BBQ joint is a true labor of love and will not disappoint its definitely worth the effort, if at first glance you cant find it simply follow the smell of good Texas BBQ.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly choices.“
“We ordered the following from the menu. The brisket sandwich came with onion rings and a salad. I give it 10 stars, best meal. We ordered a baked potato on the side OMG best ever, super delicious. My husband ordered the fajita tacos. They were so juicy, and tender on flour tortillas was the best with a street corn on the side is also the best. For being the first time here, it is so good but pricey but delicious and worth every dollar.“
“Wow this place has come a long way since the last time I came here. The bar staff and servers have a great attitude, when an issue with my order occurred it was handled quickly and professionally by the manager. The food has come a long way as well. Family friendly before 9pm, and pet friendly.“

“Home , RGV to visit family, craving for BBQ and cousin suggested Ace’s BBQ figuring they knew what I loved. At Edinburg location the place was kinda hidden finding out it was well worth it… brisket was super moist, sausage was on spot, as was the pork having ordered the the huge 3 meats botana plate served over tortilla chips w/ melted cheese (I was hooked)! Well presented and served and you got my business when I return home 3 times a year over Rudy’s.. Great Job and keep it up!.. Sides were very good but I was there for the meats.“
“Really enjoyed the vibe from the cooks. Especially the one with the gold chain, didn't catch his name. Everyone was nice and attentive. First time at this location since I always go to the one on Jackson. I think I have a favorite location now.“
“I chose the buffet since the price was about the same as an individual plate and was very satisfied with my choice. There is a variety of food assortments which includes most popular Mexican food choices. I believe this is the best choice for amount one would pay. I would definitely make this a good choice for good food, service and for price to anyone.“
“We just devoured the 3 Meat Plate (brisket, ribs & chicken) & it was one of the tastiest meals I’ve had! No knives needed…very tender & delicious! Perfectly seasoned. Two of us shared the plate, had 2 soda drinks & it was under $40. The young lady who owns the place is very sweet & personable. Support this small business!“
“We have been trying to get to Edinburg to try Wille B's for months and finally made it. We were not disappointed! We had the potato with brisket and it was delicious. What really impressed me was watching them check that they weren't putting any chunks of fat on top of the potato. The pit master (lovely woman) chopped the brisket and then pulled out any pieces she saw that were fat. It's a small thing, but I've never had a BBQ place take that step of care with their meats. My husband devoured his potato, but I don't each much so I got four meals out of it before I gave up finishing it. Really big portion, really delicious ingredients, really tender brisket, and both the pit master and her daughter were absolutely delightful to talk to. We will be back, for sure!“
