“At first I would see it when I would passed by on my way to SA and today me and my wife were like let’s try it and WOW we were shocked on how good it was. I got the cheese enchilada plate it was fire and my wife got mini tacos pastor and fajita and they were lit. Both plates had so much flavor do recommend if ur passing by and it’s a hidden gem”

We've been there twice now, the first time was a little awkward because they wanted to know your order but you couldn't see the menu because somebody was standing there taking your order before you got to the menu. But it wasn't a big deal. I just asked what they had, and he said Burgers, and so I just said then I will take a burger. LOL he did his job great, but just to set up was a little awkward for the first time. Second time I had read the menu from before, so I was ready to rock and roll. Lol”

“When to go eat there with my sister, they sat us down immediately. Genaro our server was very attentive and had great personality. When they accidentally messed up my steak him and the manager got me a new one right away. All in all amazing experience and great service.”

Yes, you will probably have to wait in line longer than you'd like, but I'm sure most people will agree that the food is worth the wait. The staff acknowledges the long wait times and frequently handed back samples for everyone in line. There is adequate seating both indoors and outdoors. A good selection of drinks and PLEASE try to the brisket and/or the pork belly.”

“Found this gem while visiting San Antonio. It is truly a hole in the wall. Located in a neighborhood, behind a gas station. Older gentleman, one man gang, gets the job done. Boba has the perfect chew and the Viet coffee will keep you awake for a week, which is not for the weak. HehehehehIt was so good we went back the next day before we left town.”

“The coffee is strong smooth and overall the sweetness is SPOT ON. You can tell they use quality coffee beans and quality syrups. I also purchased the Sumatra whole bean coffee from them as well and it’s pretty good, interestingly enough it actually has notes of wine ! Highly recommend you support this shop !I’ve tried “The Poe” (personal favorite, has a caramel taste but doesn’t overpower the taste of the coffee) “The Sue “ if you like macadamia nut this drink is for you. And my sisters favorite “The Starfire” it has hints of lavender in it. Very tasty !”

“I get it. Lots of options. You are sitting in your comfortable house in San Antonio, or New Braunfels... browsing breweries. There are many closer to you than Cactus Land. You could opt for the 15 min drive.....sure. But, can I implore you to take the 35 min drive? Yes, the hours are weird...but you are smart. Check the website, you can figure it out. 1st and 3rd weekends of the month, Fri/Sat/Sun. Open the calendar app, make an appointment for yourself! With great risk comes great reward. CL is awesome! The beer is amazing, but the vibes are even better. If they are open, there will be food options. Awesome swag. The staff feels like family. No reason not to go! Drink local!”

“Solid burger no doubt. I ordered a double with cheese and grilled jalapenos and it arrived at my table hot and fresh at a reasonable price! Service was great and the vibe was just a chill burger joint. The owner even swung by the table to ask if everything came out ok which was really nice of him.
