“Made a birthday reservation for a small family dinner. Upon arrival, were greeted warmly by two charming front door staff and a sharp looking Manager. We were escorted to our table and were surprised to have a private room. The table was decorated with birthday bobbles and a card. Our server team of Julio and Vilena were polished, poised, and professional. Every interaction with them was timed perfectly, and never intrusive. They made several recommendations and also brought several wine samples to taste. We enjoyed appetizers before ordering entrees and never felt rushed. In addition to the couple of desserts ordered, a large platter with additional bites of desserts were presented with birthday wishes and a candle. The entrees steaks were cooked perfectly and enjoyed by all. We received a few to-go containers and bags to carry. Our two servers divided to-go food to separate family member groups. “Trendy fish place with decent offerings. Dropped in as an alternative to Montlake - our go to seafood spot - and found it packed early on a Thursday afternoon. Seated at the bar after a short wait. The seafood was good but we preferred Montlake for selection. The scene was happening though so that is a plus. Just be sure to make reservations.“

“I came here for a birthday dinner. The staff was super friendly and was very attentive and answered all of our questions on their very large menu selection. We ordered a bottle of wine for the table. It was very tasty. For my entree, I ordered salmon that came with sautéed spinach and truffle fries. It was all very good and nice portion sizes. We also shared a dessert, which was the Pecan ball. It was basically ice cream, dipped in chocolate, rolled in pecans. Even though it was a simple dessert, it was tasty. My only complaint was that you could tell that this restaurant has been around for years, since 1980. The seating is very close together. It was very challenging to get in and out of our seats without hitting the seats behind us. Thankfully, everyone was very friendly and didn't seem to mind the tightness. They also offer complimentary valet parking and if you choose to self park, the parking lot is just a few yards away and there is decent parking, but it is in a shopping center with other businesses so I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the valet parking. This is definitely a nice restaurant to go to for a special occasion or if you want to treat yourself.“

“Well all the critics weren’t wrong when they put this in Dallas Top Restaurants. Upscale atmosphere without the unpretentious service. Wait staff was really attentive yet not overbearing. Decor was reminiscent of a speakeasy. And everything was clean and well done.Food was absolutely delicious, however a few feedbacks for which i had to take 1 star: 1) the deviled eggs could use some more flavor. 2) I really REALLY did not like the Wagyu Beef Cheeks. Its technically some kind of roast beef and NOT what i was hoping for. “Ok so we go on a trip each year on my lovely bride’s birthday. This year destination was Dallas Tx.Now I have to admit my ignorance at how much water is in or around or very close to this area. So the freshness of the seafood and the abundance of it was lost to myself. So we ate at this wonderful establishment on our last full day in town.We had at this point at every fried option of food you could think of to include chicken, fish, shrimp and was just wanting something fresh that wasn’t fried lol.So we had a lot of places to pick from but most it seem had more friend options than grilled which this being Texas doesn’t surprise me any. But Rex’s was different and you could have it your way.So we headed there. There are 2 locations and we thought we had picked the one closest to us but that was not the case but it turned out to be a great mistake on our part.From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed as if we were the most important people in the place all though there were a lot of regulars in the building.Once seated Amber our server came by and indicated that she would be right with us. She came back and took our drink order and explained to us how things worked. She gave us a little cheat sheet with the specials and sides that were on the menu.We could have things our way all we had to do was ask and she would work it out. We got busy looking at the menu and decided to start things off with a shrimp cocktail and a house salad with the dressing on the side. When the prep staff didn’t do that Amber took it back and replaced it as it was intended with no fuss I was impressed.My wife ordered alaskan king crab and she explained what a pound of them would look like and the price. It’s at current market prices. That night it was 65.00 a pound. We got her a pound. I had been wanting to try the Red Snapper and Amber explained the food profile of the fish. Indicated it would be more like a breast of chicken being a little on the drier side that if I wanted something with a little more wet content the red fish would be a better option or I could do a fillet of both. Hmmmmm see my way lol. I went with the snapper with the house sauce. Our daughter with the crab pasta that was filled with lump crab. It was very tasty and yes I tried it.Our friends went with the shrimp salad grilled of course and the hubby went with the scallops which come with 4 of them. But you can order additional ones if you wanted for about 7 dollars each. Love options. Amber had them down without even looking lol.The crab legs and the salad came out first because my wife split my snapper with me.They were exceptional now most time my wife would be upset because they had split the shell but not this time. The guys/gals in the back know what they are doing. The meat in the crab legs was succulent and flavorful. The shrimp salad looked good as did Sharlena’s house salad.As the food started arriving all talking ceased as everyone was yumming over their plates and wanting to taste what was across from each other lol. Like I said I did with everything but the scallops and the shrimp salad. The crawfish hush puppies were great as was the fish.So now for my comments about this place. First don’t let it being in a strip mall fool you. This is just a good as the big fancy restaurant that charges 100+ for the same food. The level of service there rivals any that we received while in Dallas. The fact that you can pick out the fish you want or leave it up to them is an awesome option.They make a good old fashion which is great too.If you’re ever in town please check Rex’s out. We will be back again even if we are just passing through.Amber thank your for all your knowledge and information you provided. And the level of service you gave. Your teammates were awesome to when they came by as well. “This was our second time in for a date night and from the moment we walked through the door the hospitality was top notch. From the hosts/hostess, to floor managers, our great server April, and everyone in between. I would say I was in awe that the restaurant flowed so seamlessly as we never had an empty glass, our food came at a great pace and above all else the dishes were delicious. “We are touring the states from the UK for our two year wedding anniversary and are big foodies! Jarvis and Chasity were absolutely amazing - it was our 2 year wedding anniversary celebration and they made it such a memorable night for us - to top it off the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. I asked Jarvis to surprise me with a sweet cocktail option (which most waiters usually get wrong) but Jarvis did not miss a beat the drink was fantastic. “Our experience at Chamberlain's was phenomenal. Based upon the good reviews, we chose Chamberlain's to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From we stepped into the restaurant, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by all of their professional staffs. We didn't even wait a second and went straight into the dining room area to be seated.Our server was so nice and very attentive. We never spent time looking for her.We had beef carppacio, Lobster bisque, new york strip, and sea bass. Every food was perfect. We usually go for ribeye when it comes to steak. But we ordered new york strip as it was on Today's special menu and so we wanted to give it a shot. And the new york strip was exceptional. So tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and well-cooked. Now I can say, you will never go wrong with *Chamberlain's new york strip steak.Overall, we enjoyed every food! Plus, the dessert given from the chef was amazing!Also, Mr. Chamberlain, the chef&owner of the restaurant came out to our table to greet us and celebrate our anniversary. Even though we ordered a variety of foods to share, I ordered the lobster linguini and enjoyed it. However, I did not taste that much Parmesan cheese and will certainly request more the next time. Brussel sprouts were good, along with the piping hot pizza bread. My friends thanked me for choosing Ocean Prime as our Saturday night dinner spot (we like to try new restaurants), so we definitely plan to return. Hostesses were very friendly and welcoming.“

“Sunday evening and everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I live in the area and decided to come in for our anniversary. Quickly greeted and seated at the bar and brought water/menus. Started with a crudo sampler which was a great way for a couple to try a few of their raw offerings. My favorite was the tuna topped with the crab. I ordered a 3-roll regular combo and my husband opted for the 5-roll premium option. Every single thing was delicious and fresh. Even the options with sauces were very nicely balanced and not overdone. My favorite was the salmon option with the mango. My husband loved the yellowtail topped with a jalapeño. Chef gifted us a couple of pieces of salmon belly sushi which was my favorite bite of the night! It was lightly smoked and came with a dab of a wonderful sauce. Tiramisu mascarpone for dessert had a cheesecake texture which I really enjoyed. Will be back and so happy to have them in our neighborhood.“

“My family has been going to Ziziki's for decades. Their chicken salad keeps us coming back with its perfect balance of lightness and richness. I'm also thrilled that they've added a gluten-free pita to their menu, so I can enjoy the Ziziki Bread (flatbread with cheese and tzatziki sauce) and lamb gyro wraps! Superb food, excellent service, and an ambiance that can flow from a casual lunch to a Sunday brunch to date night. Try it, and you'll be coming back for decades, too!“

“So, I have to say that the entire staff was super nice and helpful. One of the girls working even talked with me about her dog and related to something I was going through with mine. The guy who took my order was very helpful and made great suggestions. We sat outside, and the environment was great. It was very relaxing. The food was beautiful, and their pickles with special sauce were amazing. I like shoestring fries, so those were good! The lobster roll had a good amount of lobster on it, and the bread it was on was great. The clam chowder had good flavor. However, I didn't get a single clam. The chips with it were good. As much as I wanted to love the lobster roll, I sadly did not. It was a bit chewy and didn't have much flavor. I would still recommend trying this place. I will be back to try other items!Parking: We got lucky, and someone left as we pulled up. Otherwise, we would have had to find a paring garage. The parking was free.“

I apologize) not only brought out our oysters but he brought out the hot sauce & a little bit of the kitchen sink sauce with them saying something along the lines of “I brought the extras bc this is how I like them” and baby he wasn’t wrong!!! Omg!!!! The kitchen sink sauce on the oysters CHEFS KISS!!! dad wanted to try the Liquid Mary shots & he really loved them. We order another at the end of our meals.Now, the crawfish.. they weren’t too small at all & we really loved our sauce choice (Kitchen sink. It has certainly improved since my last visit. Hot is actually hot. Not unbearable but just enough to make you suck your teeth and say “damn, this hot..” LOL coming from someone who likes spicy food.The owner/GM came by our table and made sure we were good & enjoying our food. I would think the service would be top tier for the price you pay but there were times when our drinks were completely empty or we were ready to order another cocktail.
