“I love Auntie Anne's Pretzels Freedom Crossing! They have great customer service, delicious food, and friendly employees. The pretzels are always fresh, hot, and buttery, and they have a variety of flavors and dips to choose from. The drinks are refreshing and complement the pretzels well. This DFAC has served spoiled food multiple times in my time here. The food quality is sub par and borderline inedible. A quick visit to any other DFAC on post exposes this for what it is rather fast. Staff regularly shift hours that are outside of normal hours for soldiers, leaving us unable to eat, and turning us away for dinner. Absolutely unacceptable and it's time something is done about it.”

“I consistently dine at this establishment for my midday meal and have always been impressed by the exceptional service provided. The staff consistently offers me a variety of options, with the most popular being the stromboli and pizza combination. While the prices may be slightly higher than average, I believe the quantity of food provided justifies the cost. Additionally, they offer fresh pizza daily. I highly recommend this location. Today, I was courteously served by Cecy, Jacky, and Ashley.”

“The food here is on par with a 4 star restaurant. Only the best cooks alive work here. It's amazing how well trained these cooks are. These guys and gals go to a training camp before coming to this place just to serve you and your friends and family the highest of quality of food. A+++++ establishment. Lines are quick and you get your food fast. Seating is plentiful and the staff if very friendly. I come here every day for my meals and will continue to do so!!!”

“Always quick, friendly service. Since Covid19, they have taken the necessary precautions to allow people to stay safe but still be serviced. Wait time is a bit longer but not terrible.”

“I haven't been stationed here long, but this place blows away my expectations. This DFAC is essentially an all-you-can-eat buffet with plenty of tasty and healthy options. So far, I've had no issues with how the food is prepared and its variety. The staff are generally out of the way, but are nice and courteous the few times they are out and about. If you're some broke Private like me, the DFAC is crucial and very welcome. I salute the cooks running this place. Just make sure you've got some spare change for holidays, as the DFAC tends to be closed during such times.”
