“I can not tell you what it is about this location but they are fantastic. Now I say this with the utmost respect for their leader. Whether it be the GM or manager or shift lead im not sure but who ever it is ??. It is not easy running any restaurant but Taco Bell hold a special place in my heart, so I'm a little critical. I frequent this location at night for Uber and unlike almost every other location there lobby is always open. Yes! I mean 1:45 am I drive up, the drive thru is busier then I've ever seen any location. No one is going inside, I remember last time I was here they made me come in from drive thru, so I took a chance, got out of line, parked, ran to the door, only to find... it was open. I came out probably 40 min before I would have, people where thanking me for leading them inside. That's just one thing I love about them. Order my own food after an order one night. I was literally in the parking lot, by the time I reached the window my food was in my lap (burning me). Not only fast hot and fresh but correct. I would have loved to been able to clam that. “Yo quero Taco Bell! I absolutely love this place. The food and service is excellent and with the new order kiosks for ordering makes things much more streamlined and easier than ever before. Especially in this day and age where people are less and less sociable and ultimately lacking people skills. I just hope that the employees are trained much better than McDonald's employees who get their food for free mostly and have absolutely ZERO knowledge of the order taking kiosk whatsoever! And their Wi-Fi service here is decent. Not very fast but functions. A+!!!!!!!“
“Staff wasn't very professional at all, as several employees were on their cell phones and sitting out in front of store smoking a cigarette. Didn't even see her wash her hands upon returning to work area behind counter. ? Also, I will be over the moon on the day that any Taco Bell gets my simple order correct on the first try. “I went right before closing for just some free water most places seem to be annoyed when you just want water with out food, but the lady working last night I believe her name was Quay. “We haven't been to this Taco Bell in over 2 years. While the interior is updated and fairly clean, it's the staff, or lack of reliable staff that can cripple any fast food chain. We did get our order, and the staff member was very helpful, but we like the Taco Bell on Valentine St. in Fort Worth. I wish I could have given a better review. We really wanted to be impressed with this location since we haven't been here in quite some time.“
“First visit at this Taco Bell location, the drive-thru order taker was patient spoke clearly and got my order correct. My wait time at the window was very short when I got home and I looked at my food it was prepared beautifully, and it was hot and fresh and appealing to the eyes.Great job keep up the good!!“

I especially like that they don't skimp on their ingredients, nor do they overpotion either, and I appreciate them for it.All I ask is for what I pay for.I've been to several others around town, and they underportion their ingredients. An hour plus wait at Golden Triangle location, paying $1.25 for extra cheese and extra sauce on a bean burrito and not getting it, I drive the extra distance to come here. “First of all I have not had enjoyable food from Taco Bell since I was in high school around 2006 through 2008. The last time I stopped at this location. I had a cold food that was barely edible. Tonight the experience was exquisite. The customer service was top-tier I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but I experienced one to two gentlemen, that were very manner-able, and took my order with a high regard. Something went wrong with my order, and I don’t even know what it was but he calmly explained it at the window and I was on my way. I just had to highlight this because it was unexpected.“
“The night crew here is phenomenal. Occasionally they make mistakes on my order but when i bring it to their attention they provide excellent customer service and fix my order and give me compensation. I wish i knew her name but the older woman she seems like a manger or seasoned employee. She’s amazing and always on top of everything. This Taco Bell is my go to“

“I don't understand how this location has mediocre reviews. I've been to this location about 7-8 times during both day and night. The staff are always very courteous, my order has never been wrong and the food is always perfect. Definitely a 5* location.“

“Taco Bell is the beautiful oasis in the desert when you’re starving and parched and there’s nothing else around, but then you see the beautiful bell. This is how I felt yesterday. Although I wasn’t in a desert and there were other places around, after sitting in traffic for an hour I saw Taco Bell and just had to stop and get a beautiful Crunchwrap supreme and drown away my frustration at the never ending traffic nightmare that is the DFW metroplex with a ice cold Mountain Dew.“

As approached to the second window, another employee double checked my order. There is a line, but it is worth staying in line for good service. The line did move fast. “Top notch. We'll trained staff. High turnover but does not matter. Crunchy tacos may be cracked here and there but filled to brim. You may get a slimy piece of lettuce here and there but overall very good and extremely fast. Normally only person in drive through at a given time.“
