This was a wonderful experience. We had a bit of a wait, so if you go around dinner time - I'd strongly recommend making reservations. It's a small place but they are fantastic at what they do.The menu is not huge, which says to me what they do they do with pride. I've had the pleasure of visiting this establishment three times over the past few years, and each visit has left me impressed by the delectable food, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service. There are several German places in Fredericksburg but I chose this one to celebrate a special event with friends and family and was happy with it. They were very accommodating in having tables for us beside each other for our big party. Prices are reasonable for quality German food. Got the pork schnitzel and it was very yummy.
