Been here twice now while visiting Galveston. The first time we ate at the Cafe for brunch. The food was really good, but a little disappointed with the lack of sides (cost extra). I got the turkey club, it was pretty good but didn't come with any sides like fruit, fries, veggies, etc. So the cost was a little steep for just a sandwich. Our party of 9 was seated immediately and our server was on point. He got everything correct, made us feel welcomed (as we were visiting) and provided excellent and fast service for everything. The food was very good, simple and delicious is a good recipe for my taste. We also had to get some items from the bakery, which is so worth it. Great menu and great bakery.

We only went here for the bakery, not the cafe.Good baked goods selection. We liked the chocolate croissant and the lemon bar. There is a large variety of jellies as well.Customer service is great. The staff is very friendly and attentive.The atmosphere is wonderful. It's like in the middle of France with all the nice feelings and without the less-nice feelings.Highly recommended.
