“Had the 2 meats and 2 sides....Had the brisket and asked for lean and it was pretty good... Had the chicken breast and it was quite dry. Went right when they opened...not sure it the chicken was a day old for it to be that dry....The sides I had were cole slaw and beans....The cole slaw was pretty good and the beans had lots of fat, but not to much flavor...The bread was white bread and would not eat that again....There were no refills on sodas, so I purchased the tea...It tasted pretty good without any sugar...The atmosphere was nice..inside it was low light and we sat outside where they play music and sat upstairs as it was a nice sunny day in the 60's....There were no napkins up there so we got them from downstairs....All in all for the atmosphere, would go because we can eat outside away from cars and fumes..., But would rather eat at Spring Creek Barbecue as there meat is always moist and they have refills on drinks and fresh yeast rolls....But if you want to support local businesses and get fresh air and healing sun, Intrinsic is a good place to go...“
“We love this place! It's a fun and relaxed atmosphere with large patio, loads of board games and great beer options. The staff are helpful & prompt, the owners are incredibly attentive, engaging, professional & friendly folks! Highly recommend!“
“Four Bullets Brewery is a fantastic place to hangout. If it's sunny outside, head to the back porch where there are lots of park benches. There is usually a band and a food truck out there for you to enjoy. If the weather is not comfortable, head inside. There are several high-top tables, and many will accommodate large groups. You can also play table shuffleboard. The bar is small, and the line can sometimes get long. Study the chalkboard while you wait in line so that you can quickly order your drink. Run a tab, and that will make it easier to order your second and third rounds for you and your friends. I personally love to order a flight of beer because I can never decide on just one. They have a selection of both light and dark beers as well as some IPAs. Honestly, I've enjoyed them all. If you have a group of people you will be meeting with, you can call in advance to reserve a few tables out back. They will put out the red, velvet rope and signs to reserve your space. They are so nice here. I absolutely love hanging out here, and pretty much accept every invitation that involves this place.“
“Although we enjoy the Deep Ellum IPA, I recently posted a 1 star rating after quality control appeared to be slipping when we found one of the (unopened) 12 oz cans in a 6-pack weighed only 9.3 oz. UPDATE 1/21/2024: After being invited by the Deep Ellum Brewmaster & taking the brewery tour yesterday, the Chemist in charge of QC provided a detailed & technical explanation of the beer/ale making process and the likely reason for the "short-fill" can. I am now satisfied that Deep Ellum Brewing's quality control protocols are top notch, & I have revised my rating to 5 stars! Thank you to John in QC!“
“We visited Oak Highlands Brewery for the first in last night for beer and Christmas carols with music and song from Wilshire Baptist Church! I never thought I you write "beer" and "Baptist Church " in the same sentence!We enjoyed the beer, food, music and people .“
“Absolutely loved it here! It’s been on my “must visit” list for some time and finally found myself in the area. We had the street taco pizza, it was good. The pretzel!! It was amazing. The beer was really good as well. “Adios Bitchachos and Hootenanny” were my favorite!! (Hopefully I spelled those correctly) ? — Kid and dog friendly. Definitely one of my favorite breweries. “Can't say enough about this tap room, the ambiance is cozy and the industrial New York City feel here nestled in the heart of Dallas is amazing! Ricardo is amazing going over and beyond for the community, he graciously allowed a group of well deserved employees to celebrate our Christmas holiday party and it was so fun and a great time. They have a great selection of craft beers and awesome chicken wings and pizza in house! If you're looking for a great time or just a little time down you must make it out to Craft and Growler.... “Stopped here on our way from the Botanical Garden. We got the beer list but it turned into a yes/no game as they ran out of half of the beers. The ones they had made great two flights accompanied by delicious tater kegs and Brussel sprouts. Seemed like a lively place with a blend of locals and passers by in the beergarden. The energy there was amazing. Definitely will return.“
“My daughter and i came in this past Sunday 3/4/24... Celebrating my daughter's birthday. Our server Ashley was absolutely amazing! His service was perfect, he never made me feel like were we rushed. his timing was impeccable! He didnt over check up on us nor left us unattended for long periods of time. The service industry has been failing rapidly-- But Not Here!! He even informed me of the BJ's app so that i could take advantage of a free poozookie.Thank you once again Ashley! “I was there with couple of family members and really enjoyed the drinks. So many varieties of awesome tasting beers and great staff to serve as well. Food seems more expensive for the quantity given. I ordered nachos and tasted good but cost is high for the quantity given. So make your own choice on the food…. They also have beers to take home and prices are reasonable. I will visit again for the beer.“
