“We are a bunch of foodies, and it's rarely we all had wonderful food in one place.Ferah almost did it. From appetizers to main to desserts, everyone enjoyed their selections, and we were all in a food coma when we finished. Our server Chasey is the best... so attentive, and all her recommendations were delicious.Ferah... take two...It was soooooo good the other night we had to go back tonight before flying home tomorrow.Another awesome experience and delicious food and outstanding service by Chasey. We will for sure to come back when we visit Dallas next time.“
“Located in a quaint shopping strip on Broadway, Wild about Wings is a hidden gem in Garland, Texas, that comes highly recommended by the folks in the "Rockwallian" FB Group. After my recent visit, I wholeheartedly understand why it's so beloved.Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the friendly owner, who, to my surprise, was the same person who founded the establishment 22 years ago. His passion for wings and dedication to the shop were evident as he mentioned that he is still "wild about wings."Eager to explore the menu, we ordered a 40-piece Family meal with four different flavors: Lemon Pepper, Honey Mustard, BBQ, and Spicy Teriyaki. Each flavor was a burst of deliciousness, leaving us utterly delighted with our choices. The wings were cooked to perfection, boasting an ideal balance of tenderness and crispiness. The meal came with fries, and they were a delightful complement to the flavorful wings. The whole dining experience left us amazed and satisfied, and we were eager to declare Wild about Wings as one of our new favorite spots. In conclusion, Wild about Wings is a must-visit destination for wing enthusiasts in Garland and beyond. The owner's dedication, along with the impressive selection of flavors, makes this small shop a standout in the area. Whether you're a wing connoisseur or just love indulging in scrumptious food, this place will undoubtedly leave you wild about wings too!“
“Great experience, service and phenomenal food; what a wonderful combination! Went on a Saturday night and tried the chargrilled oysters, gumbo, jerk lamb and strawberry shortcake cheesecake with drinks. Every item was cooked perfectly and delivered hot. Service was stupendous as well and we even had a great chat with the owner, Chef Kevin, while finishing the night with a cigar on the patio. We’ve frequented Pangea a few times and certainly plan to return very soon. Check out this gem in Garland, Texas!“
“Stellar experience - top notch cocktails, warm and skilled service, pleasant modern ambiance, and most importantly great food. I'll write a longer review when we return, which we surely will, as this is one of the few high-end places in Dallas that's definitely worth the money.“
“What a great addition to Northpark mall, I mean it's literally a complete vibe from entry to exit. My husband and I always try different places while on DateDay or DateNight. We were out shopping for our home and both got pretty hungry so I pulled up Yelp and saw that I bookmarked this plane due to all the advertisement I'd seen on socials about this new hotspot coming to Dallas. We quickly rolled over and shocked at how many people we there midday. We had a 40 min wait which I was okay with as the champagne was flowing and that kept me occupied ;-) We were approached and escorted to our table only after 15-20 mins. We had a great table with views around the restaurant. It was a high top in the bar area sorta. Our server helped us decide on our dishes and we both enjoyed them. My tacos were perfect, the fries could've been a bit more hot. My husband said his chicken parm was ok. The sushi roll was very tasty and fresh as well. I'd like to go back as they have Happy Hour 3-6 Monday - Friday. I'll update based on that and provide insight.“
“The photos speak for themselves. The food is SO good, service is incredible and they have great conversations with you too. Highly recommend getting a reservation as this place gets packed. We’ve gone back twice already and want to go back again!“
“delicious delicious food, sooo yummy and they give u sm for the price like we were FULL. the place is so cute, plays a great variety of music, and the whole concept is so cool and unique. the employees are the SWEETEST people ever, like seriously some of the kindest people ive ever met. if youre looking for restaurants please go and support a fantastic family owned business!!“
“I enjoyed the fire roasted salmon, delicious brussel sprouts & grits! I sat on the patio by the warm fire and it was all so fantastic! What I appreciated most was the option for a wonderful bottle of NA wine to share with my friends! What a perfect place for our reunion!!“
“Oscar (cashier that was so helpful) knows this menu! First time here and he guided us perfectly. Chips and dip (elite, queso, & gauc), cauliflower taco, picnic, shrimp, smashburger, fish and chip tacos were so yummy! House frozen margarita was tasty too! Might have to go back tomorrow!“
“The restaurant is very beautiful. Very pleasing to the eye. My friend and I went during happy hour and we both got the Classic cheeseburger with fries. $8 for a 1/4 wagyu beef burger is well worth it as it was absolutely delicious. I also had the margarita and it was also delicious. Highly recommended coming here during happy hour as it's reasonably-priced and filling.“
“We had an outstanding experience dining there. The manager and staff were able to accommodate us in their outdoor patio besides the fact that they had that area closed that day because of a storm that was expected to hit and never did. The food flavors were great and the in house bread was to die for. The area if quiet and perfect to walk around after dinner. We loved it!“
“I came in curious about the menu and I left absolutely delighted. I shared the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and the Thai Coconut Chicken Bowl with a friend. I was amazed by the freshness and flavor of all of the ingredients. It was very filling and you get a lot for your money. Not to mention the outstanding service that we received from the employees. I have definitely found my new healthy eating spot.“
“Gemma is has become my second home. I’ve been familiar with the concept but until the past 6 months I have been coming in every week. If you really want a true experience you sit with Brent who will walk you through how you need to experience this place. And if you sit at a table you’re still in good hands. Every week I come here I keep getting blown away by Chef Sophia’s approach on the menu. Really miss the Sakura pork chop though. The hospitality aspect is impeccable, being in the hospitality industry myself and for different places I’ve worked with, Gemma is leading quietly like a beast and beating everyone at the hospitality game. If you want have an experience and create a memory or woo your date, this is the place. Nothing you order on the menu is ordinary, it defines perfection.“
“If you have never had Jerk Chicken Quesadillas this is a must have! The flavor is crazy good in every bite. These are definitely the best quesadillas I have ever had. They have a sign inside that says this is not fast food. My food was made to order and well worth the wait. The service is good and friendly. There was nothing special about the atmosphere. In my opinion, people should be lined up waiting to get some of this food.“
“Lounge Here is one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants and a go-to for outings with a small group of friends. Their cocktails are always just as refreshing as the kind souls serving them. And the small bites on the menu are great to be shared or savored solo! Definitely try their burgers, deviled eggs, and the Mac & Cheese. You will not be disappointed!“
“Just came in to have a few beers. We didn't eat anything, just drank. I had a dark porter beer and it was real good. I love the fact that this place plays classic rock (70's, and 80's) over the speakers. Guitars & Growlers has a nice atmosphere and the staff seemed friendly.“
“It was a fun time with family. The fried ice cream for dessert was pretty good. The food was good as well. My lemonade I ordered came out clear, which threw me into thinking ot was water. It was actually good tasting though. I would come here again.“
“The steak was amazing. I have tried both the A9 Wagyu and the regular steak, both are excellent. The ribs were also very juicy, and Are seasoned well. The brisket is extremely tender and holds up on its own weight, but tears as soon as you bite into it. The halal certification makes it the best choice to go to as well. The only things I didn’t like was the cheesesteak wasn’t what I was expecting. It is still a great sandwich(7.5/10), but not quite what I’d expect from a cheesesteak. The brisket burger and the other burgers are phenomenal.Dietary restrictions: HMS Halal Certified (Hand Slaughtered Halal)“
“Stopped in for a quick dinner. It’s a very trendy type of environment with both indoor and outdoor seating and great landscape. I had the fist tacos which were fantastic and my daughter had the spicy shrimp pasta, but they weren’t howling when they said hers was spicy and the shrimp had the tail on it which made it hard to eat. The ordering and getting drinks is similar to a chipotle. It was good but be careful of the pasta. Out total tab for two teas and the two entrees was around $45“
“This place is great! Bring earplugs! The constant noises emanating from the machines will definitely give you a headache that leads to you leaving before really getting your money's worth. The drinks are pricey with not many options even for non alcoholic drinks. Need to upgrade that situation. Otherwise the employees are super friendly and helpful.“
“We had a private party event on the rooftop from 3-5 on a Saturday. We had dedicated server and bartender and they knocked it out of the park and made our event even better with the details they brought to the table scapes and decor. The good was delicious and the teens had signature drinks the lavender lemonade and the mango lemonade was delightful and added vodka for the adults and it was incredible! Meagan and her team were amazing and fun to work with and made it easy and low stress on me! Now I’m thinking of what other parties I can have there !!! Amazing!“
“I stopped by Alamo Club while visiting town and after hearing a lot about lower Greenville. The music and the cute front patio were so inviting. They also have a massive covered back patio. Emily, my server has the best recommendations and gave top notch service. The pot roast pasta was so incredible. My experience was so good I came back the next morning for brunch drinks. Melina, the bartender made me the best tequila espresso martini and took the absolute best care of me. Highly recommend coming in and having great drinks and delicious food. Will be back soon for sure.“
“This place is AWESOME. The drinks are delicious and ~artsy~, and the bartenders are chill and quick to serve you. Also, if you happen to be there on a night where they do the cocktail making classes (or if you get the chance to do one) it is a BLAST - music is great and it feels like a party in there. 10/10 recommend if you're in the Mockingbird area!“
“First time dining there and loved it! First time in months we’ve been to a restaurant and not felt like we were getting ripped off! Killer Rueben, daughter liver her burger and the side Caesar was good, too. Tom, the waiter, was a terrific guy! We’ll be back!!“
“We like to go here on Thursday evenings to watch the music upstairs (Jerry Don Branch, great blues rock). Because the small upstairs bar area gets crowded early, we get there by 6 pm to get a seat for the ~7 pm show. We usually end up eating there as a result. The food is typical bar food. It's good for what it is (burgers, sandwiches, grilled chicken, salad, fries, onion rings, etc.). They have a decent variety of beer and drinks. The bar staff/waitstaff are very friendly, and though the crowd usually consists of the same group of people each time, they easily accept newcomers. To put it most simply, it's a fun place to spend a Thursday night if you like live music.“
“Amazing hidden bar that almost no one ever thinks about. Great drinks, great value, and what's better than drinking and shopping (drinks can go out into Nordstroms). All the servers are very good and Kena, the bartender, is the best. The food is good and it's never too crowded or too lonely.“
“Hit up The Libertine Bar for the first time in many years and it was bumpin. The vibe was cool but I remember this place being a little quieter. It was difficult to have a conversation with someone at the same table. All in all; a straightforward bar with good beer and good change in weekly cocktails.“
“I hadn't been here in quite some time, and decided to bring an out of town visitor in for the chef's tasting menu. In every aspect, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Jordan, for your attentive and personal service, and thank you chef, for a perfect meal. What a lovely evening!“
“Me and my mother decided to check out The Factory Kitchen in Garland after seeing a review on Nextdoor and it did not disappoint! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the service was amazing during our entire dining experience. The owners were very attentive and super friendly, our drinks never got below half full, and they gave us a complementary bottle of water to leave with. We were also given complimentary bread and dipping sauce which was delicious. We both ordered pasta, which came with a salad included. I got the Ceaser and she got the House, and they were both delicious. I ordered the Tre Pasta, and it was so yummy! My mother got the Chicken Picatta, and she said it was so delicious and unique! I wish we had left room for dessert! Overall it was a 10/10 and I’m super happy, and will be returning in the future.Kid-friendliness: Kids Menu Options Available!“
