It's a food truck beside a gas station. You'll see it and a bunch of plastic tables and small stools for seating. But don't underestimate it. Mooshie has amazing Vietnamese street food. The kid at the window recommended the Pan Fried Egg and Rice Cake- the rice cakes were perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. Came here with my wife and had no idea this area with food trucks was even here! We ordered a few dishes: the mooshie fried rice, crispy pork fried rice, shaken beef, and mini viet pancakes. The fried rices were my favorite!! A great flavor and texture, and overall delicious. Shaken beef was good too but felt the quantity would have not been enough if that was the only thing one of us ordered. This place doesn’t get enough credit and compliments! You have to understand, there are an hefty amount of orders taken through out the night. It’s not a 5 star dine in restaurant. If that’s what you’re looking for go, find one elsewhere. Food is always consistent and always get my order right. Friendly and courteous.
