Mu friends are always invite me to drink coffee at Starbucks because they know that is always fresh. The guy working at this location should be working at another location bigger. He's customer service goes beyond what your typical guy does at other Starbucks. He's more friendly, many have lost that friendliness at other locations. I wish more people like him work at other Starbucks. You would think that as much as they charge for coffe, would have the same attitude.

I just want to take a moment to brag on Donovan. Every time I go into Tom Thumb, my goal is to stay out of Starbucks, because I’m tired of spending money lol but his contagious energy always brings me over there for a conversation I drive 15 minutes out of my way to make sure to go to the Starbucks, he is professional yeah, very welcoming. He greets me by name and treats every customer like he is their family and every Starbucks had a Donovan they would stay busy.
