We stopped by on a Sunday, so I wasn't expecting fresh BBQ, but it was good! The beans, however, were not the best. They tasted a bit sour so we didn't eat them. I would, however, recommend on a Saturday or Friday!
It was a beautiful January day in Gonzales Texas! We wanted to eat outside so we decided to try the Fire City Grill and couldn’t have been happier. Very good hamburger and thick fries. I ordered 1/2 chicken, the meat was tender and came with tortillas, grilled onion,jalapeños and a tomatillo sauce. So good. Service was fast. I came to Fire City Grill with a group of 14 on a Saturday night for a bachelor/bachelorette dinner party and everyone who was working was so patient and kind and provided excellent service despite there only being two people working at the time!! The food was excellent as well, the patio is great and they were playing awesome music. Excellent atmosphere and amazing service! Thank you so much for everything! Will recommend to everyone who comes to Gonzales!
