“Welcome home. If I could title my review, that would be it. From the moment I stepped through the door, the (cute!) young man behind the counter made me feel like he had been waiting for me all day. I have anxiety, but it melted away with his charm. The mac and cheese wasn’t ready when I got there, so I was given two choices: they’d replace it with any side, or I could wait and they would make it fresh. Who doesn’t like fresh food? I was entertained while I waited, and the time flew by. Food was hot and fresh. Service was above and beyond. It was my first time in Grand Prairie, but I hope to be back ASAP — only partially for the eye candy!”

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was doughing to love this place. The staff was crustworthy, the vibes were saucy, and the flavor? Absolutely out of this crust!

I built my own pie and let me tell you — it was a supreme experience. The toppings were so fresh they should’ve come with a side of paparazzi. I went full cheesy and have no regretti on my spaghetti (okay, wrong carb, but you get the point 😄).

The fire-roasted crust? A crisp above the rest. The sauce? Unapologetically bold. The speed? Flash-fired and fast enough to make the Flash jealous.

Whether you're a pepperoni provolone ranger, a veggie pie-oneer, or just knead a break from boring lunches — Blaze is the pizza de resistance.

I’ve never had trouble getting a flavor that our family selected. I love chocolate chip cookies, but I will say that Crumbl has an underwhelming traditional chocolate chip cookie. Save your choices for something else.”

“First time to visit The Finch, not from the area but we were attending a concert at Texas Trust CU and decided to have dinner here first. It was wonderful, nice music but not loud, we could easily carry on a conversation. Maurice was our waiter, he was very attentive. He offered to take our photo. The manager met me after dinner and give me two cards for free appetizers on our next visit. Parking can be difficult but if you go in the garage parking, there is plenty. Would highly recommend.”

“When I travel I always try to hit a lounge. Very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke to us when we walked in. They even asked us was there was anything we needed and they didn't even work there! Then the owners came over and spoke with us to see how we were doing. The DJ was on point he played a little bit of everything even had played a couple of requests. Only thing was they were restocking cigars so limited selection but hey I always carry my own. With the love that was shown I can live with it. I'll definitely be back for a visit. If you want a chill spot , friendly people here's your spot.”

“The waitress was kind and helpful. I told her I was dining, and she welcomed me to sit down. She quickly brought fresh salsa and chips. Spicy and delicious. Some of the tables and chairs need cleaning; there were still crumbs on them when I sat. I ordered the burrito plate, and it was a good choice for lunch. The price was $ 11.99, two dollars less than the menu price. I was happy. The happy hour mango Margarita was $5.99 and was good; it's available all day. The beef burrito was filling that I took the other half home. The rice and beans were also pretty good. I paid a $0.72 fee for using my card, as noted on the receipt, but the waitress did not mention it. Although she didn't say it, it is okay. I added my own tip.

“Atmosphere was good location as well . However some of the kiosk was not working properly which made us have to go to the counter which there was one person working it . We got shakes the kids said they were good. Lemon pepper wings way too much seasoning we all agreed we only ate 2 threw the rest in trash . Might try the pizza next time around . Suggestion might be call out numbers instead of names . Mine was pronounced wrong which made me look around to make sure it was mine . Overall I think it’s a nice place.”

Austin & Genesis were a breath of fresh air with the intangible customer service that they provided. They made me feel welcomed and at home at their establishment. I appreciate this experience .”

It also looked like there was only one worker handling everything at the time, and he still got it done perfectly—quick, accurate, and with great effort. “Paola was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we were seated, she delivered outstanding service with incredible attention to detail. She was attentive, energetic, and handled multiple tables with ease, never missing a beat.

I made a point to speak with management about her excellent service, and they shared that she consistently has a great attitude as well - which clearly shows in how she serves guests. It’s refreshing to experience service like this, especially when everything ran smoothly and there was no wait.

The staff at this location is amazing, but Paola truly stood out! I highly recommend this location and especially recommend asking for Paola. She is top-tier!”

Instead of just letting it slide, she had them remake the order and explained why it’s important that customers always get the quality they paid for.

It was really impressive to see a manager who genuinely cares about doing things right and making sure every customer is taken care of. Big thank you to Parnish!”

It came with a side of mixed fruit and multigrain toast and jam. I was feeling adventurous, so I got a mimosa. The skillet was hot and fresh, and a nice sized serving… and the mimosa had me feeling mighty fine. ☺️ I will be returning to try some of their other menu items. I recommend this spot.”

“The Burgers here are greattt!! my wife had a turkey burger and i had a beef. we both agree that the quality and tastefulness desserves 5 stars. The fries are about 4 stars. this is a great place if your looking for something fast but one or 2 notches above general fast foods mcdonalds & wendys. Theres a kids menu that our child ate and he usually pretty picky about food. so this place is kid-friendly and family orientated. The spacing is nice so you dont here others conversations and vice verse. I also saw a couple of people in a business meeting; so that means its business friendly to. Lastly the customer service is straight to the point with smiles and following instructions promptly. Once you order they bring your food to your table and they clean your table for you. so dont forget to leave a cleaning tip although you may not recieve service from a waitor or waitress”

“We were looking for a family owned place to have a lunch after hiking at over at Cedar Hill State park. One of our daughters always craves a big, juicy burger after 5 miles. While we waiting for our food to be freshly prepared, we played foosball and there were other pub games available to play at no charge. My daughter devoured the 1/2 pound meat patty and all the fixings, along with the onion rings…while my other daughter enjoyed the chicken strips. Our friend liked the Cheesesteak sandwich and the Taco Flight was also really good. They were a friendly place to visit for someone with a service dog, too. 5 out of 5 recommend.”

“I walked in last week and Caleb was amazing. His positivity was over the top. It gave me chills. I smiled at his co worker as if to ask, what's going on? The co worker explained, we've just experienced racism. It didn't faze Caleb negatively, it obviously determined him to be even more positive. It was beautiful to witness. This family operated and very family friendly business can build a line really quickly but it’s worth the wait, as our family uses this time to talk and catch up with each other after school and work days.
