“I heard of Buon Giorno Coffee, from a co-worker and decided to go take a look see, with my wife. As you can imagine there was a small waiting line to purchase our coffee. We purchased two 12 oz drip coffee with a cranberry/orange scone. My wife thought that the coffee was a bit strong for her, but I liked the coffee just as it was, straight out of the pot. The trio that was working behind the counter were, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott and all three were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Would I visit this place again, you betcha and would also recommend it to others no doubt it that. Anytime, they offer law enforcement, military and/or veterans' discount I count that as a plus, plus and will more than likely not only recommend it but will surly return yet again. Not to mention that the trio behind the counter, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott where very genuine and friendly and super courteous. They make a great team. “Main Line is located inside Harvest Hall, a food hall in Grapevine. We enjoyed the matcha latte, which was delicious, comes unsweetened and can be made with your choice of milk or milk alternative. The hall itself is beautiful and somewhat reminds me of a library or train station. The decorations around the holidays are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing Christmas trees and a giant red velvet chair. There are other places to eat in the food hall as well. Parking is very easy in the parking garage next to the hall.“

“This place is a great spot for your morning coffee and breakfast items. Today I was amazed by how efficient this crew is. I came in around 8:30 am and they were dealing with a quite a few delivery orders ahead of mine. “Friendliest staff of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I go to this location almost daily and every single staff member phenomenal. They always have my order correct and go above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience (and never a long wait even though the store is always busy). Today, I had the cutest little dog drawn on my cup. 10/10“

“I was impressed how consistent Starbucks is, even here at Gaylord. My experience was perfect. My latte come out perfect. The server was polite and friendly, possibly more than any other location due to the laid back atmosphere at Gaylord. The cafe was extremely clean. My only negative, if it really is one, was the slightly limited menu due to size restrictions. I wasn’t able to get my Favorite egg bites. The kindness of the server over shadowed any menu short coming. Five Stars!!!“
